Is it good for mildly dirty oven?

I bought it for another purpose for my trade. Just over the weekend I tried to clean the wire rack of my grill which had never been cleaned for 11 years. I found the carbon and grease deposits not easy to clean with steam and had to use a knife as well to clean it off. So I was not convinced from what is claimed. Maybe I don't know how to use it properly. The water reservoir I found too small. When the long hose is connected the body of the unit is unstable on worktop. I have yet to try to clean my car wheels with it. Hope this feedback helps.

Can you use this on inside of electric oven alot of people have said you carnt with other makes

Yes, you CAN use it in the electric oven. Steam from this is no different from steam from your whatever ingredients you choose casserole. The oven's power supply is nowhere near the inside of the oven so there is no danger of electrocution. Plus the safety conscious person will isolate the cooker from the power supply, as in put the power switch on the wall box to OFF.

Does it have an attachment with a cloth that would enable to clean bathroom tiles?

No but why not just wrap a microfibre cloth around one of the nozzles? There’s your cloth attachment!
