Excellent hot sauce. There is a nice fresh, tangy edge to it but also some depth of flavour underneath, and the heat level is just perfect: hotter than your typical hot sauce but not masochistic like the ghost pepper stuff. My recommendation: put it on some scrambled eggs

PREMESSA Mangio abbastanza abitualmente piccante e sono abituato a salse anche più forti quindi prendete il mio giudizio (che con le salse piccanti è molto soggettivo) con le pinze! PRECAUZIONI È una salsa piccante all'habanero verde con una gradazione sulla scala scoville di circa 8.500, il tabasco si aggira sui 2500-3000 per intenderci. Tipicamente l'habanero lascia bruciore in modo ritardato e sul fondo della gola quindi se siete abituati al peperoncino normale non andateci giù pesante, una goccia su un'aletta o 2-3 gocce in un piatto di zuppa o pasta. Appena lo ricevete non provate ad assaggiarlo direttamente! Mettetelo su un pezzo di pane o un cracker, ma non sul dito! Non è così forti, ma se non siete abituati lo sentirete e parecchio! GUSTO Ha una nota acida simile a quella del tabasco (infatti dentro c'è acido citrico) e questo è ottimo per "allegerire" piatti pesanti come la carne o anche la pasta. Ne mettete un goccio e vedrete che vi sembrerà molto meno pesante ( il piccante aiuta anche la digestione). Ha il tipico sapore dell'habanero, molto aggressivo che punge leggermente la lingua per poi andare sulla gola. Sembra quasi che "morda". Non la ritengo assolutamente una salsa forte, la metterei tra le medio basse. Lascia un ottimo retrogusto. Quindi lo consiglio tantissimo per i cibi fritti e per la carne. Non lo consiglio tanto con le zuppe o gli stufati proprio per questa acidità che potrebbe rovinare il sapore. CONCLUSIONI Mi ha molto stupito questa salsa. Sembra più forte di quel che è in realtà, ma allo stesso tempo non sovrasta troppo i cibi su cui viene messa. VOTO 9/10 Voto soggettivo anche perché non apprezzo particolarmente l'habanero, ma questo mi è molto piaciuto! Ricomprerò sicuramente
