Brilliant bit of microwaving kit
I absolutely love this item. Never thought I’d get excited over what is effectively Tupperware, but I must admit I like this. The handle makes getting it out of the microwave easier and I don’t end up burning my fingers. The vent can be either closed or opened depending on what you want to do with it and it’s also easy to do, unlike others I’ve had in the past. It comes out easy for cleaning and then just pops back in. I’ve used it for everything from noodles, soups, porridge etc and it works perfectly, reducing spills and boil overs. Only thing to note is that the plastic will scratch reallly easy if you use any form of scourer on it - even those soft green ones on the other side of a sponge - you’ll end up with little lines all it, so sponge or cloth to clean - but being as food doesn’t stick to it much (assuming you don’t leave it to weld on for 3 days) that isn’t an issue. I’ve used this to send the other half to work with a meal in, ready to go in the microwave at lunch and he’s come back impressed at how quick and easy it is as per all the above points. I will probably end up buying more in the future because it’s just ideal for all sorts of things and also a good size for portion control.

Great for noodles
Bought as I've gotten into microwavable ramen for lunch at work and this noodle bowl was just what I needed. It's pretty easy to use and it takes me much less time to use this than boiling the noodles in water on a hob, the steam vent on the top works well although I have forgotten to press it and ended up with ramen water all over the inside of the microwave that's my fault. For noodles, it's not big enough to chuck the entire block in and I end up breaking it in half before cooking but the depth is pretty good and it has well enough space for the water I need in there. The quality is pretty good and feels durable, its also small enough to fit in a backpack for holidays or travelling. Very good value for money, I've already recommended it to a friend.

Great quality!
Always great quality, an excellent soup and noodles bowl. Air vent is so useful and prevents any spattering.

Handy size for lots of uses
I bought this bowl as a general handy bowl for my microwave. Soup or porridge or veg or even steam pudding and I am happy with it. I note it says its 940ml but say good luck to you in fitting that much in as that it right to brim. I think it suits 600ml much better with room at top to avoid spills. The internal measurements are 13.5cm across and 8cm high. It's nice and sturdy and the handle makes it easy to use. I've noted that lots of people have asked about transporting soup to work in it but but I'm not sure I would want to do that although the clips are secure they could also easily be knocked and also doing a leak test with water I had leakage on one clip. I also have not tried noodles. For my purposes a good size handy bowl.

A must have!
A must have lunch item! Arrived within 4 days, came in jiffy bag but was secure and protected. Item exactly as pictured with full handle. Fantastic item for bringing lunches to work, so much easier than trying to carry liquids in bowls, clippy boxes etc. Handle makes such a difference! Works perfectly in the microwave, just remember to open the vent. After i bought it i was worried that it would be too big (my colleague has the soup mug one) but it is a great size, brilliant for soup, porridge, homemade noodles etc. I have a few sistema products and I would not be without them in work. I was worried about leaking, but it doesn't appear to be a problem. I do tend to put clingfilm over the top before sealing the lid though just to be extra cautious but as long as the bowl isn't moving around too much i don't think its an issue. highly recommend.

First time I bought this....no regrets. Looking to buy more from the range..
This is the first time I have bought a Sistema product. I nearly bought a similar product that Asda sell but it just wasn't the same quality even though it was significantly cheaper. This item was on a deal price on Amazon and I thought it would be a good investment. I take food to work to reheat so felt this would be ideal after reading the reviews. It is made with good quality material, feels solid. The lid fits snug and tight and the lid fasteners clip true. I have taken ready made porridge to work and reheated it and it has been fine. The contents never leaked which is a massive bonus. The handle is very useful to insure you don't burn your fingers. The pot is a good size, big enough to have a decent size meal in there for a big lad like me. The ultimate test was when I put some brown boiled rice in the pot and poured a lentil curry on top. Later in the day at work, I reheated the contents with the valve at the top set to open. It came out perfect. So for as a first time user so far so good. I would want this product to last sometime consider the price tag. I am impressed enough to consider buying other products in the range.

Not just for Noodles
I bought this to heat up soup/leftovers at work. It can accommodate a 600g carton of soup easily. The two main problems of using a normal bowl at work were splatters and burnt fingers - both sorted by the vented lid and handle which also makes it easy to carry back to a desk without spillages. I've also used it for salad and making cous cous. A very handy, versatile item and not just for work, I'd happily buy one for home for heating things and storing leftovers in the fridge. I have to say I haven't used it for making noodles but it has so many uses it is probably misleading to call it a noodle bowl! I'd recommend it to anyone who has dexterity problems as it is easy to carry from microwave to table and much safer than using oven gloves. No sign of any discolouration but that would not be too much of a problem anyway and washes up really easily. A great buy, saves on cling film and has so many uses.

Great product!
I wanted a bowl I could use for my cereal in the morning as most cafes/coffee shops have unhealthy options. I opted for this over the Porridge Bowl version as it seemed to have more room. I was slightly worried as people were complaining about the handle not being as pictured etc. but I'm pleased to say I received the exact item as pictured. The handle is a full handle completely joined a both ends to the bowl. The lid is really innovative as I can also use it to cook porridge/soup/noodles as well as have cereal and cold food. I will also be taking this with me on the plane with some dry cereal when I go on holiday - all I'll need is some milk and I'll have a tasty bowl of cereal and can pass on the usual airline food! Also good for my holiday as I'm staying at an all inclusive resort and it will be useful for taking fresh fruit/snacks up to my room and storing in the fridge to have later in the day. So glad I purchased this product now - great price and a really portable, compact item. I have ordered another in the pink colour as I love it so much!

Wonderful for cooking ramen, soups, and more.
I use this almost exclusively for making ramen and other soups or canned foods. It's convenient, intuitive, and safe to use in the microwave as the top allows steam to escape while making sure nothing bubbles over or out. The handle makes it so you can easily move it from the microwave to where ever you want to eat at. If you make a big dish you can save half of it and put the other half back in the fridge, in the same bowl, and easily microwave it later. I have nothing but praise for this. I don't leave reviews very often, but I felt I probably should for this one, if you're sitting on the fence just go for it. Oh and for ramen noodles, like the maruchan packages (square packages). I usually break the "corners" off while it's still in the package, then drop the loose bits in the bottom, put the now octagon looking block of ramen on top of that, sprinkle the packet over it, and then fill it up most of the way with water so that the block is floating, throw the lid on and adjust the button to let steam escape and toss in the microwave for 4 minutes, and it's good to go. Once it's out of the microwave I usually let it sit for a few minutes so the noodles absorb more water and become thicker.

Could be a tiny bit larger
I bought this to replace a camping pot that I was using at work to heat up the odd lunch on the lunch room stove, as I wanted to use the microwave instead for ease of use. The Sistema Microwave Cookware Noodle Bowl lived up to it's name and performed almost flawlessly. It's a good quality and thickness of plastic, so I hope to see a good bit of use out of it before it gives up and pieces start to break off of it. I was surprised to see that it can go from the microwave into the freezer, not that I think I will be freezing anything inside of it. The clips are very positive, and hold the lid on tightly, although it leaks at the seam when I tipped it over to see how water tight it is. I certainly won't work about water egress while boiling noodles with it in the microwave. The vent in the lid has a positive detent and is easy to use. It is just about the perfect depth to hold 500ml of water and a package of ramen noodles, and my first test with it, I ended up nuking the water and package contents for about 3.5 minutes in my 1000 Watt microwave. There were no problems, no spillage, no clogging of the vent. As you can see from the lid, there was condensate from when the steam turned back into a liquid. I was able to take the just boiled noodles straight out of the microwave with one hand using the handle, which was not hot at all and simply waited until the noodles were cool enough to eat. What I don't like is the manufacturer could have put in a couple of rings or markings at the 250ml and 500ml level. Most ramen calls for between 350ml and 500ml, so it woul have been nice to have a mark to judge how mach water to add. I'll solve that by using a file or my dremel tool to nick or notch the side at the 500ml mark, then eyeball it from there. The second pet peeve is that the diameter of the bowl is ever so slightly small, and I had to crush the corners of the package of noodles to get them to fit into the bowl. It's a minor annoyance, but there it is. (For the record they are not Mr. Noodles, but a popular Taiwanese brand). I want to take aawy a star because of the diameter, but it performs so well, I didn't have the heart to do it. I've used it twice to boil up some noodles, once at home and once at work. I like it enough to consider buying one as a gift for a family member who eats more ramen then I do. :)

Bom, como descrito
Comprei 2, o único problema é que um dos prendedores de uma delas, que deveria ser preso a tampa, se solta toda vez q abre. De resto, cumpre o que promete.
