Very quick and easy to set up and good instructions. Even the screws and things came well packaged and popped out to use as you need! The build quality is very good, everything bolts together and is sturdy - the stairs are just plastic pop in and it's the only flimsy thing with this but doesn't distract. Attention to detail is good - purple screw top for the purple roof for example. The furniture is a nice addition and adds some value, but the house is really good. My 5 year old spent the full day playing with it and thinks it's awesome. Highly recommended.

I was thrilled with the value for money with this dolls house. The materials are high quality and it was a joy to build with straight forward instructions. The artwork details are beautiful and come with house hold furninshings (bed, dinning table, chairs) My two daughter's 10 and 8 love the dolls house its plenty big enough for them two both play with at the same time. Wonderful item.

Very sturdy good value for money - got it on daily deal - half price !! Clear instructions- comes with all screws and allan key . Not complicated at all Furniture all individually wrapped - high standard as well. Dolls are my granddaughters own - lots lots fun

This is a lovely dolls house. We looked at several options but went for this as our little girl could use her Disney Fairy Pirate dolls with it (same size as a Barbie). There was slight damage to one panel but some woodglue fixed this easily. Some minor pealing of the laminated scenes was noticed at a few edges/corners but some glue fixed this immediately and the slotted construction hides most edges. Floors are a little flimsy but nothing to cause concern. It will withstand my enthusiastic 4 year old. Hardest part to attach was the stairs that slot onto the first floor - be carefully and gently splay open the plastic teeth on the stairs to push-fit these on without damaging the floor. Furniture comes 99% pre built and is solid. It is good quality and all parts are numbered. So if you follow the instructions and take a little care, you will have no problems. Would have given 5 stars except for the slight damage which I believe was more due to the dispatch from Germany to UK rather than a faulty item.

Had some issues with pre drilled holes being off line but sorted it with a little imagination. Overall this is a great product and highly recommended. The barbie dolls love it apparently!

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous that Xmas would be ruined but it is definitely worth the money, my 5yr old daughter absolutely loves it and it feels very sturdy

Both bottom screws will not go in. No matter how many hours I try. I have built my whole house single handed, but this is just not going anywhere. Need to dismantle now after 6 hours trying and only 2 shelves in. I give up. Not worth the hassle at all and sorely disappointed. Strongly not recommended

I ordered the doll house for my daughters. Went through various options available on Amazon and other websites. Found this as the most reasonable comparing price , size and features. Plus this was the most reviewed doll house across the options indicative of that this has been the preferred choice for buyers. I found that majorly there were positive reviews and therefore opted for it. Finally it was arrived in the nice solid packaging , all the pieces were in good condition infact no signs of damage at all. It took an hour or so to build the house, instructions were clear and easy to follow, a person like me who hardly does any such hand work, found easy to make it. The pieces were marked with numbers and instructions were stage wise with piece numbers. Further the screws/nuts were also marked therefore there was no hastle. It was 100% as it is shown in the pics , all the items were inclusive and the size/height was exactly the same as defined in the description , the material is of good quality with regards to expectations for a Doll House, the sheets and wood will last if used with a care. Hence no disappointment and highly recommended. My daughters have done a demonstration of the package received, its items and details of Doll house on their you tube channel " ZH Fun Time" , it will be helpful, HAVE A LOOK , if you like , please do "LIKE" the video to encourage the kids efforts for everyones' benefit.
