First time I used this coil yesterday, I set up on my minelab equinox 800, the only settings where, park 1,i did a noise cancellation, sensitivity 20, started sweeping, no sound, I thought argg the coil isn't working, moved my shovel to the coil and herd the bleeps, so I carried on, usually I'd be hearing bleeps constantly, but I wasn't with this coil, when I hit a target, boom it was two coins, then a rusty nail, then another coin, it was brilliant, I always hunt in high trashed areas, which usually does my head in with all the bleeping, but it was a pleasure with using this coil, 4 hours I hunted for, I got 4 trash, and 5 coins which to me was great! Can't wait for the next hunt!

Great for iron infested land, light and easily manoeuvrable. Works perfectly with the Nox900.

Used it twice now and great for high iron fields or stubble. Would advise buying a stabiliser especially if using on stubble

Excellent bit of kit, very good depth and ground coverage but adds a bit more weight to your machine.

Love this coil. Small enough to get into most tight spots but large enough to cover more ground than the 6" Minelab coil. Both are good coils but for coverage and everyday use, this one works best for me. It's a bit pricey but I think you will like it. Depends on your style of detecting too.

I mainly park hunt and this thing is well worth it. Lighter and more maneuverable than the 11" coil, covers more area than the 6" coil, and it's a lot easier to pinpoint your targets. I've found a ton of coins and some jewelry with it so far on the 600. Would definitely recommend. Side note: if you are familiar with the Simplex SP24 9x5 coil, this coil is pretty much the same size even though it's 10x5. UPDATE 7/16/24: Still digging silver jewelry at the parks and I have since used this at the beach. Would still recommend and prefer it over the larger coil. I found a 10k gold diamond ring and a 14k gold diamond earring at the beach and even sniffed out a 10k gold earring from the park this year. UPDATE 9/2/4: Put this coil on an Equinox 900 and got erratic behavior. Contacted CoilTek support, filed a warranty and got a replacement coil that functions normally. Great support and replacement time.

Light coil but gave a lot of false chattery signals. Especially when the slightest object brushed against it, including light grass. Did located a few objects with it but too much falsing for my liking

Works great on my Minelab Equinox 800 I have it set up for mostly coin detecting, with the narrower coil I get great separation . I find that I can cover about the same amount of ground as with the factory 11” coil ( the narrow coil is a game changer for me ) .
