W2 Forms 2026, 6 Part Tax Forms, 25 Employee Kit of Laser Forms Designed for QuickBooks and Accounting Software

These forms are just what I needed for our small business year end IRS reporting. The business cost is held to a minimum and they help make possible handwritten reporting for a total of three employees.

The W2 forms worked well with Quickbooks. I will use them again next year.

Better price than the office stores. Able to purchase early to file before the end of the year.

I suppose it's probably in a description somewhere, but there are no envelopes included. Any other "kit" I've purchased in the past came with envelopes.

While the product photos include one IRS Compliant logo, actual product page design made this untrue for the information on the back of these forms. Exact instruction text is defined by the IRS. If you download the W2 form from the government website, you will see different copy specific form back instruction text on certain form copies. In this W2 6-Part tax form packet, besides the W-3 forms, only 4 types of W2 copies are actually printed (just including more pages of some). They print: - the red Copy A forms for the IRS to scan, - pages to be used for Copy D (Employer copy) and Copy 1 (Employer transmittal to State / City / Local) with "Employers, Please Note" text on back - pages to be used for Copy B (federal submission) with "Notice to Employee" text on the back - the correct IRS text - pages to be used for Copy C (Employee records) and Copy 2 (for filing with state / city / local tax returns. This has "Instructions for Employees" (part 1) text on the back. I call this part 1 because it is incomplete and even says that it is continued onto Copy 1. ISSUE: This is the correct IRS text for Copy C but is NOT the correct IRS text for Copy 2. By printing a single identical style form for both of these copies, they have put the wrong text on the back of Copy 2 and have not printed the proper IRS "Instructions for Employees (part 2) anywhere. This makes me strigly suspect that there are NOT IRS approved forms.
