Great shampoo. Does what it says on the packaging

My hairdresser recommended this after going blonde again and so far it’s been great. She’s always said the darker the purple the better job it will do and this is virtually black when you pour it on your hands. It’s actually a bit intimidating but works really well. It does always tinge my nails a bit purple but seems to wash off of the tiles if you get some on there. Also it’s fragrance free which I am a massive fan of. I’m so particular with smells of shampoo I’m happy it doesn’t have any smell.

Can be quite drying but a good value for money as it was approaching the end of the month and I couldn’t afford the usual 1litre of wella professionals I usually use. Does stain fingers so be careful. Recommend washing your hair twice, but leaving the second shampoo on for 5 minutes to reduce yellow tones. Condition afterwards as quite drying

Brilliant silver shampoo! Noticeably less brassiness after one wash! Smells nice too! Good size bottle- lasts a good while. I have highlighted hair and definitely given my hair a better tone

I use this all the time and this is a genuine seller.. but not all are. beware.

Doesnt work. And poor customer service. Ordered two by mistake, seller refused to cancel order or let me return one item. Spent £18 on shampoo that leaves hair dry and rough, and made my hair more brassy. Waste of money.

Like many other women I decided to embrace the grey and ditch the dye. My blonde hi lites growing out alongside the natural silver looked drab and yellow. I have tried many silver shampoos which have not worked satisfactorily. Finally I have found this shampoo which is very effective in lifting my natural greys and hi lights to a shiny silver hue. The shampoo is not harsh and leaves my hair soft. Fragrance is unobtrusive which I prefer although I know some people like highly fragrances products . This will not dissapoint.

This is not a complaint! There is nothing wrong with the order. An observation of mine in regard to the processing of this product to make ready for shipping. As you know, I live in a very cold climate, sometimes conditions are registering at minus 54 below zero. It behoves me to tell you that a product such as this one cannot survive in these cold conditions. The damage that can occur to certain products if not duly cared for in proper ways to resist freezing will be inestimable. The contents of this product did freeze. This meant the ingredients of the contents separated in the container and began to freeze at individual rates causing a vast solidification of the contents. When it arrived, it was close to bursting with blue bleach seeping from the tightly screwed on top. In thawing the assemblage slowly we managed to salvage the contents was compromised. If you do not stop the delivery of this product to countries that have climates that go below 32 above in Fahrenheit and below Zero in Celsius, the issue will occur again, and again. In this regard, I would like to see proper insulation procedures of the product no matter where it is shipped. Caution! Robert

Love this shampoo! It can be a little drying but juat use a good conditioner after. It's perfect to tone my bleached hair to the lavender/silver I want it.
