Does it help rebuild the gum line?

Yes, it sure helps, although if you have decease our toothpaste cannot cure, but it sure helps keep your gum stay healthy!!

Love this toothpaste, have been using it for a year as I have sensitive teeth & gums so I find this toothpaste helpful. I've noticed that my teeth got whiter.
