Fire looks great with a nice range of 7 colour combinations. Choice of logs or white pebbles - haven’t tried the pebbles yet but really like the log effect. The front glass panel lifts straight off to allow changing either of these, then hooks back in easily, and can be secured with a small screw. It has lights to the side that have a choice of backlight colours to match in with the flame effect colour, although I found it distracts from the main look of the fire so I prefer it with backlight off. Heat output - very good, once you get it working. If you’re not good at reading instructions ( and even if you are it’s still not too clear) you could hit the slight problem I had: you have to set a max temp that is higher than your room temp, using the handset (or controls on the fire itself) before the heater part of it will work. I contacted the seller and got a quick response that sorted this out for me and everything works great after that. Has some clever options for setting the fire to come on in advance but as I don’t want to tangle with the instruction book again, I’m going to skip those! Well packaged (double boxed) and arrived a day earlier than expected (but the courier can amend the delivery day). A very good product that looks great for a really good value price.

Looks lovely. Good value, gives out very good heat (from top) bit noisy but not too bad. Easy to install. Fix back bar across, lift fire and slot it on. I did it on my own in 15mins!!

Such items can actually look quite tacky when installed, but I'm happy with this, especially for the price. It hangs easily and instructions on installation are brief, simple and easy to follow. Once up, the fire looks good and works well. I have it in a fairly small but high room, and it warms it quickly. The thermostatic settings seem pretty accurate and the heating element certainly seems to obey commands. The handset looks a bit cheap, but it allows easy remote control. Overall, I'm definitely happy to have bought this.

Bought this to take the chill off the room instead of using the central heating. Arrived really well packaged, great assembly instructions - took about 15mins. Mounting on 2 easy brackets - all things supplied to fit although as an ex-builder I used my own screws and plugs (habit), there's would have worked. Plugged in, quick 2 minute setup, good manual easy to follw and understand. Heat output only goes from the top hence 4 stars only, I my opinion would have been better from the bottom, however once it gets going it pushes the heat around the room no problems. Fans reasonably quite and the 2 heat settings, with 5 minutes the room is warming up nicely. The displays on the front are great, several colour options to suit decor and mood, pleasant, gentle flame effects, really peaceful. Side lights again several colour options giving it even more ambience. Nice bit of kit, looks great in the room

This arrived beautifully packaged, earlier than expected. Very clear instructions, although I'd have loved larger pictures (my husband is 71, I'm 69, and neither of us has great eyes). Extremely easy to fit - one horizontal metal bar, and the fire slots onto it. Once the glass is in place, just one metal fixture which is the safely feature for the glass. So the fitting took half an hour, all told. Our worst bit was drilling the holes in the solid brick wall - the fire itself went up like a dream. The effect is absolutely stunning, way better than we expected - as nice, or nicer, than some of the considerably more expensive ones we looked at. We went for this one as we needed a more compact size. You get a choice of pre-moulded 'wood' logs or white pebbles - both are included, so it's your choice. Multiple flame settings, and multiple back light effects - so we had great fun choosing our favourite combinations. Very pleased with this, highly recommended.

Lovely fire but just wanted to ask if the flames are supposed to flicker on it

Had fire installed by a qualified electric who had no problems fitting it and said it's one of the best of these types of fires he's fitted. It looks stunning on my cream wall, the back lights add ambiance and warmth to your room without the heating on. I chose log fire but have pebbles if want to change later. I had a slight confusion on delivery date, contacted seller who dealt with it immediately, I would recommend this company and fire it's beautiful. Oh and bonus is led lights that don't ever need changing and give off a good glow. Plus it is not noise as some have posted just a slight buzz which tv drowns out.

An excellent product. The colour changing LEDs make it very attractive on a dark winters night. The option of log or pebbles was good. We preferred the pebbles. The flame effect is good. Having the remote control was also a bonus which the grandchildren love using to change the LED colours. Only downside is that the heater blows upwards, we would have preferred it blowing down.
