Four packs of Lamy T10 fountain pen ink cartridges, BLACK

I’ve always assumed using cartridges was the expensive option, but it was just an assumption. Soooooo, in the interests of a sound review: 1 cartridge holds 1.15ml of ink. 20 cartridges hold 23 mls of ink and cost £7.98 - that means the ink you’re buying costs £346.96 a litre! I'll write that again... £346.95 a litre. The cheapest bottle of Lamy ink I could find on this site costs £8.98 for 30ml, or £299.33 a litre. Not the huge differential I expected. Now you can buy cheaper ink, buy a syringe and needle and refill your cartridges, but it’s all a bit of a faff, and not exactly quick and speedy mid-meeting or lecture, or wherever you do your writing. These cartridges never fail, no leaks, no blockages, no splashes - they are utterly reliable, and not as horribly expensive as I thought. Mind you - £346 a litre!

Each cartridge goes a long way and handwriting appears even and clear till the end. You need to allow only a few seconds for the ink to dry, however the ink does not flow excessively. Cartridges are very easy to change and none of them have dried out so far.

Lamy fountain inks are good but run out too fast. Wish we had more in a package.

These refill cartridges supply the answer for Lamy fountain pens, and are available in a wide range of colours. However, compared with some other makes they are overpriced.

CAME ON TIME

Have used Lamy fountain pens for years, in fact, I own five with different nibs and ink colours. Yes, I have refillable cartridges but the black ink knocks spots off any manufacturers bottled stuff! It's thick almost glutinous and flows freely. Twenty cartridges for less than a couple of pints of bitter? Bargain!

Le utilizzo nella mia Lamy Safari e sono sempre riuscito a scrivere senza problemi con queste cartucce. Comprandone 4 alla volta poi si risparmia parecchio se scrivete spesso. Consigliato

Quality ink

Le cartucce Lamy sono cartucce lunghe, quindi molto capienti. Hanno attacco proprietario, quindi non standard, della stessa dimensione di quello Aurora e Parker. Quindi possono essere utilizzate per questi tre marchi. Le dimensioni di queste cartucce sono particolari, create alcuni decenni fa per adattarsi alla stilografica super slim CP1, e successivamente diventate d'uso per tutte le stilografiche Lamy contemporanee, Safari in testa. Si inseriscono nel fusto, poi lo si avvita alla sezione e la foratura avviene in modo automatico e in piena sicurezza. Gli inchiostri base Lamy sono ottimi inchiostri: in particolare questo nero è ben lubrificato, di asciugatura veloce e con buon punto di nero. Questo prodotto è venduto qui a un buon prezzo. Un consiglio: dovesse capitare che le cartucce si continuano a fessurare sul colletto, soprattutto se utilizzate in una Safari, prendete in considerazione che la vostra stilografica non sia originale. Purtroppo il mercato dei cloni quasi perfetti è una piaga, e i problemi con le cartucce sono oramai uno dei pochissimi indicatori di contraffazione. 😔
