no its frosted but its a fantastic piece of kit for the first aid box in the workshop

Does the fur need to be shaved first before applying?

I don't think you need to shave the fur if they are not in the way.

Does the product expire?

I haven’t got the pack handy but I think 3M say it lasts 18-24 months unopened.

Can use it on myself?

Yes, although that might constitute off-label use, as the product is registered for Veterinary use. It is essentially just sterile "SuperGlue" and is identical to many tissue bonding products for human use.
