Great clean sugar substitute with extra benefits
I’ve been trying to cut back on regular sugar, and this xylitol has been a really easy swap. It tastes surprisingly close to sugar, doesn’t have that fake aftertaste, and works great in coffee, tea, baking, or even mixed into water for oral health support. I like that it doesn’t promote tooth decay and has a low glycemic impact, which makes it feel like a smarter option when you’re trying to move away from things like corn syrup, sucrose, or honey. It’s also nice knowing it’s lower calorie and keto-friendly, so I don’t feel like I’m spiking my blood sugar every time I want something sweet. The bag is a great value for the money and lasts a long time since you don’t need much. If you’re slowly trying to clean up your diet and cut down on added sugars without feeling deprived, this is a really good one to keep on hand.

Say goodbye to processed sugar forever!
Xylitol is a life changer: looks like sugar, taste like sugar - but yet it's not sugar. I love xylitol because it actually helps to heal my mouth and body. When i use it in teas and baking - i get no sugar spikes or flare ups. Zero side effects. To replace all processed sugar- Xylitol and raw honey are my go to.

No aftertaste
Best sugar substitute. Beneficial for teeth. Use amount equal to sugar. Like sugar, does not dissolve instantly. Need to stir well.

It seems okay for what it is. Reminder that it's toxic to dogs.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Definitely sweet. Doesn't take much. Think I'll stick with regular sugar if I need it.

Xylitol help me kick my sugar addiction!!!
I like Now Foods as a brand and this Xylitol does and taste the way it is supposed to. The texture is good. I haven't dissolved it in any drinks but have used it to substitute sugar for a few recipes. I know for a fact that this helped me to transition from a typical sugar laden diet to a Mediterranean diet with a few short weeks of Keto. The best part of this Xylitol is now I don't use any sugar or sugar substitutes for that matter. I now eat clean, un processed and naturally sweet fruits or veggies. I have no desire for added sweetness and for that I"m thankful. In a sugar bowl, it has clumped a little, but like I said I haven't used it in a few months. The price was good and I'm sending the rest to my family in hopes they can kick the sugar habit like I did!

Great Keto-Friendly Sugar Alternative – Just Keep It Away from Pets!
This organic xylitol is a fantastic low-calorie, low-glycemic sweetener that works perfectly in my keto baking and coffee. It tastes very close to sugar without the spike in blood sugar, and I love that it’s pure with no added ingredients. The 1-pound bag lasts a while, and it’s great that it’s certified organic and packaged in a peanut-free facility. Just a heads-up... like all xylitol, it can cause digestive upset if you overdo it, and it's extremely toxic to pets, so be sure to store it safely out of reach!

Xylitol, in addition to be a great non-sugar sweetener for diabetics, is a powerhouse in oral care that no one talks about. I added brushing with xylitol to my regular oral care routine a few months ago. Yes, I double-brush, both upon waking and at bedtime, first with regular toothpaste then with xylitol. When I went to my dentist for my annual exam a few weeks after adding xylitol to my brushing routine, I was surprised to learn of how much impact this tiny change had had on my oral health. Both the hygienist and the dentist were near-giddy with the improvements in gum colour, the negligible plaque/tartar buildup, the reduction in gum pocket depth (by 1mm!), and zero inflammation. My last cleaning had been only three months prior so their notes and recorded measurements were very recent. They asked what I was doing differently and I told them that I’d started doing a follow-up brushing with the xylitol after having brushed with regular toothpaste. I was told to keep up the good work. Yes, you still have to floss but it’s a much quicker and less bloody job after just a short time of practicing twice-daily double-brushing. Proof in the pudding, if you ask me. This is an organic xylitol, which is what you want. Whether it’s from corn or birch, potatoes/potahtoes, but the birch is much more processed than the corn, and corn is a quicker-renewed resource than birch, and goodness knows we need to protect our trees on this planet.

This is my 1st time ordering and using this product. Read a lot of positive things about Xylitol and the reason I bought it because it kills the bad bacteria in the mouth and doesn't touch the good guys. Just do not understand why dentist do not talk about this product here in Australia. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this product for $30 for 1 lb while other sellers are selling it for around $25-$30 for 1 kg. It is not good value for money; you can find this cheaper elsewhere on Amazon. The product is fine, the value is poor.

This is not organic. I bought two of them and neither one of them says organic. It does not say organic on the label at all and I ordered the organic one.
