Calcium and Vitamin D Tablets, Vitabiotics Ultra (Pack of 1)

I have been taking these Vitabiotics Ultra Calcium and Vitamin D tablets every day for about a month and I am really happy with them. The tablets are quite big, but they are smooth so I actually find them easier to swallow than others I have tried. I feel like they have given me good results so far and overall I am very pleased. Good quality for a good price.

I always purchase these and also Vitamin C from Vitabiotics as it does precisly what I want it to do give me the correct amount of Vitamins that I need and because I combine purchase the two of them together I get a discount - so good value for money - they are eay to swallow unlike some of the other Vitamin C tablets Ive purchased

A good quality calcium and vit d supplement at a great price. I'm prescribed chewable calcium and vit d by my Dr for bone health. I just couldn't cope with the taste and texture of them. My Dr reccomended these as an alternative from a trusted brand. Be sure to take these with some food with a little bit of fat content (it doesn't have to be lots) as vitamin d needs fat to be absorbed. My bone scans have showed improvement between these and resistance training. It should be noted that these are half a daily dose, you'll need 2 packs if you're using these as a complete stand alone however most with a varied diet and no conditions like myself may be fine with one per day.

Can't blame tablets the plus type was too strong for me I had bad allergic reaction to them. I assumed were same as vit D with Calcium I normally take but they wernt. My face swelled was bright red took antihistamines didn't help much. Was 2 weeks before back to normal.

The calcium tablets worked effectively and I would love to buy another pack. The tablet size was ok and the taste was not bad. Dosage was convenient for me as well
