I’ve used this product for all 4 of my little goblins and it’s the best cream for the job. Clears up redness and nappy rash in no time. Can’t fault this product at all

Ok. So,I’ve a nursing background so I’m gonna write my review from my experience as a nurse. People get sore, be that from incontinence, skin friction or just poor personal hygiene because they are no longer able to do what they once did. Persistently wet skin and having to wear incontinence products is going to result in inflamed, sore skin at some point. Be that, in the more private parts or round the groins and upper thigh where incontinence products fit plus the area between the buttocks. Apply Metanium Cream liberally wearing gloves as it is an amazing product for reducing soreness quickly but its thick. It used to be yellow in colour, it’s now white but you still don’t wanna get it on any fabrics at home, including carpets as it’s just a rich consistency that’ll cling on for dear life. It’s great for healing and protecting our skin tho.

Purchased for our brand-new grandson’s bottom as a valiant shield against the dreaded nappy rash, the cream appears to be holding the fort quite well. Of course, I must confess, as the proud grandad, my hands have remained blissfully clean—having changed him exactly zero times—leaving the front-line action to the more battle-hardened members of the family.

OK, so like many others I had used Metanium Ointment (in the yellow tube) for many years relying on this product for it's water proof barrier and healing qualities which I was never able to find a better alternative to when I couldn't get it. I use this product on myself (not on a baby) for spots, sore skin and occasional ongoing 'nappy rash' (following bowel surgery) so i was very disappointed to find that it has now been discontinued! So I tried the Everyday Ointment instead. To my surprise I like it. It is white (not yellow) and slightly thinner in texture with a slightly less waterproof coating, as I thought, however, I've been using it for about a month and find you still only require a small amount, it is not greasy like many nappy 'creams', stays on quite well but washes off easily to reapply. It has healed/ protected my skin pretty well and I would say it is a good substitute for my beloved 'magic cream'. Would recommend it, give it a try, you (or your baby) will benefit!

I bought this as my sister who is a nurse in the uk recommended it as it is used in hospitals from babies bums to the elderly and she said it works wonders I like the thick consistency although I don’t use disposable nappies so we don’t have to deal with nappy rash when we go on holiday we will be using disposable I will definitely be taking it with me just in case and I love the smell 😂

Googled it baby rash creams and this was at the top. It’s at the top for a reason because it works and it works fast.

Would give this 10 stars if I could! My newborn was very sensitive and got bad rashes before using this product. She has not had any more rashes since using this product daily! A pea sized amount does the trick! Love love love it!!! I keep it in every diaper bag and advise all my mamma friends to try it!
