So, they don’t really help me fall asleep. However, they help me get in to a deep sleep and I have even more vivid dreams. If it wasn’t for my injury waking me up in the night in pain, I would be even happier, but that’s not the fault of these, it’s my injury. Have used a mixture of maximuscle, bulk and myprotien ZMA for years, switched to this cheaper brand and immediately the standard of sleep has dropped. I've slept straight thru 6 hours ish for years, started using g these tablets and now I wake up 2 or 3 runes in 6 hours. Buy more expensive ones that work
