The one thing I would like to improve it is to have it fold - it's solid so you can't fold it to make it more compact. It's not large so it's not a big deal, but my daughter has a model that folds and it's much easier to take on trips. Recently on a trip it stopped working, and after troubleshooting realized it was the unit as we tried various cords. I reached out to the seller to see what options I had, and after verifying my Amazon purchase, refunded my purchase without any issues. Customer service was quick and helpful, and they resolved it without any issues. I will be purchasing another unit from this vendor as a result. Highly recommended.

Granted its convenient, cheap and works but I had to give it a 3 because if the phone is not in place the other items won't charge. It's like the phone in place is the on/off switch. I keep my ear buds and two watches in rotation and that's how I found out it doesn't charge without the phone in place as a dead watch was still dead the next day due to not putting the phone in place overnight. I do like how it reduces clutter from prior charging stations in the house.

Did not come with power adapter plug need to buy the recommended ratings but fail to charge my iPhone. After a few attempts it charge until phone becomes very warm.

I've bought 3 of these now and love them. We had two of these for over a year and worked with no issue. I purchased another one as a Christmas gift this year because they work so well. It is great to have one station to charge your phone, watch and earbuds. Well designed - doesn't tip with the wait of a watch, helps keep a nightstand or desk organized. Reliable quality. The black does show the dust - even after a day; the pink does not. But because we've bought dozens of charging stations over the years and several have not worked well or stopped working in a relatively short period of time, I've been very pleased with the quality and reliability of this unit.
