Honestly a great product. I've been using for a few years now and it really helps with a few things, for me its helped to keep me more leveled with hormone moods and changes. Also helps my skin. I have been giving to my 14year old as well to help monthly mood swings. I like consuming organic good products and this ticks all the boxes

Bought for a female family member who is just starting the stuff so can’t comment on the effectiveness, but can confirm that Amazon is as per usual the cheapest, especially when on subscription, and it turns up the next day! Taste wise is fine as they’re mixing it with their yoghurt, bottle storage won’t be a problem as it’s tiny!

This product is the best thing I've ordered in a while. I have fibrocystic breast disease. This condition causes me to have reaccuring cysts in my breasts. My breast are usually tense with pain, swelling and discomfort during my menstrual cycle. I have done much research on my disease/condition and evening primrose oil was recommended to help reduce my cysts. Im glad I ordered it and I willl continue to. It has a lovely scent and is great to use as a all over body oil. So far it has worked. I will purchase other products to eliminate the conditions, but I am prone to this disease and everything I eat affects it. You have to be on a very strict organic diet and practice regular exercise. Its costly and forces you to live healthy if you don't want cysts to keep forming. No prescriptions, surgeory, pills, I tried them all. This oil alone did more than them all. I hope my long review is helpful.

this is food grade and tastes absolutely awful (I much prefer wheatgerm oil), having said that it does work, I feel more perky and balanced. I've used it on my skin a few times and it's lovely there too. If you are very sensitive to tastes, I recommend you chase this with oj or a smoothie or something with a decent flavor to it.
