Very well produced and well packed. Comprehensive kit, with easy to follow instructions, making it easy to use and set up. One thing I didn't realise was it would take so long to produce the finished items. Each stage, there are five, takes several days to run. So don't expect rapid results. It is worth the wait for the drum to stop turning, seeing the magical change in the stones is wonderful. Great piece of kit and glad I bought it. Grandchildren love it.

I bought the rock tumbler from you as a Xmas present for my grandson, looks good, but obviously not used yet. I then purchased the refill pack to give him a good start. I think he will love it.

I purchased this kit for a different brand of rock tumbler and I am currently still in the tumbling process. When I opened the box I was shocked by two things. First, I received higher quality stones than expected. Even in their rough states, I could tell that they would all turn out beautiful. This kit includes the most amazing stones any hobbyist could ever want. Also, there were twice as many stones as could fit in my brand of tumbler, so I got a two-for-one bonus by accident. My expectations were exceeded. I assumed the kit would include a few small okay-looking stones and the rest would be disappointing. Not so! The manufacturers include huge, beautiful stones in this kit. I've used another kit that included really lackluster and not-so-pretty stones, but the quality of this product blew my mind. I expected half as many stones, each at half the size, and maybe altogether the stones would be pretty lame. Maybe a few would be pretty. Even though I'm far from done tumbling this kit, I can already tell that my stones will all be beautiful. This kit is the one to buy, even if your tumbler is of a different brand. That said, the other thing I noticed is that the kit does not include any instructions, which can be troublesome for those like me who purchase this kit for another brand of tumbler. Not a problem, though, as a quick Google search and my own judgement of the stones after each cycle will be sufficient to get the results I desire. It's the nature of the craft, anyway. More of an art than a science, as no two stones will ever be alike. I will definitely purchase this again! (Note: pictures included in review depict half of the stones in the kit prior to tumbling, and the other half of the stones after the first grit cycle.)

Los 453 g de piedras sin pulir ofrecen una buena variedad de minerales, incluyendo amatista y cuarzo, lo cual da mucho juego para obtener gemas brillantes tras el proceso. El pack incluye varias intensidades de grano (grietas de pulido) que permiten realizar las etapas clásicas de tumbling, desde el desbaste hasta el pulido final. Además, trae medios de relleno cerámico que ayudan a amortiguar los golpes entre piedras durante el giro, optimizando la pulida y reduciendo el ruido. El manual incluido es muy práctico: explica bien los tiempos para cada fase y cómo limpiar la máquina entre etapas. También vienen accesorios de joyería (como enganches para colgantes o llaveros), lo que permite transformar las gemas pulidas en piezas decorativas o colgantes. El embalaje era correcto: el kit viene en bolsas separadas por tipo (piedras, grano, accesorios), lo que facilita el inicio del trabajo sin lío. A pesar de que el proceso de pulido es largo (varias semanas según el manual) , los resultados pueden ser muy satisfactorios si se tiene paciencia. Los usuarios que comparten sus experiencias comentan que, si bien algunos han tenido dificultades para lograr un brillo perfecto, el kit es una base excelente para comenzar a experimentar y aprender.  Por último, la guía de aprendizaje no solo explica el proceso, sino que también da datos geológicos interesantes sobre los minerales, lo que añade un valor educativo importante. En conjunto, este kit me parece una opción muy buena para aficionados al coleccionismo de rocas o para proyectos STEM, combinando ciencia, creatividad y manualidad.

Great gift A little over priced

Purchased this with the matching rock tumbler, it was a huge hit with my son, absolutely loves it. Wish I had found this years ago.
