Q: Is it water resistant

It does have a water resistant coating that’ll bead when water is on it. However, I just purchased it and cannot comment on the long term water resistant effects

Q: Are the knee pads soft or hard ?

It's like a foam with a hard plastic pad. My only complaint with the pads is that it had 4 or 6 little velcro circles that were glued on. They have basically all fallen off and now there's nothing securing them in the slot.

Q: Is it fire resistant?

Negative, the pants are NOT fire resistant treated

Q: Do these glow under night vision?
