Bought to keep the little one out of cupboard with chemicals and sugar snacks. They were easy to install and the lock was very secure. It came with two magnetic keys just incase you lost one. They are very sturdy and deterred my little one from trying to get in the cupboards. The size is great, small and not very intrusive.

These are brilliant and baby-proof. The best thing about them is that you can't see them when they're fitted and you don't have to drill holes in things - they just stick. You can either leave them unlocked or so that they re-lock every time you close the doors. The magnet opening fob unlocks them instantly and the guide stickers you put on the front of the doors to remember where to use the fob are really handy. Can be a little tricky to get the positioning right when setting the template up, but when they're on they're great. My 2 year old has never managed to pull on a door hard enough to rip one off - as soon as she realises the door doesn't open she gives up trying.

They are not as easy to install as I thought or as the instructions says. Still, managed to install them and they work a charm. I would recommend

One of the best thought out products I've used for a long time. Easy to install and disable when not being used. Perfect for grandparents who don't want to have the inconvenience of having their cupboards always locked as you can disable at any time. Easy to open when needed and immediately locks when needed.

I don't usually take time to write reviews but these locks really impressed me that I thought I should. When they arrived and I opened the box I thought they we pretty nicely packaged and got that instant feeling of this is going to be a good product. The kit contains 10 locks with self adhesive pads, further spare self adhesive pads, a bag of optional fixing screws that are nicely sized and look like they would take a good hold, two magnetic openers with nice mounts that allow you to store the openers on non magnetic surfaces, and two mounting templates. The mounting templates make fitting the clips idiot proof. You fit the clip and lock into the template remove the sticky back adhesives and stick the clip part to the inside edge of the cupboard. Shut the door and the lock is then stuck in the correct place. You can literally have one installed in under 10 seconds. Theres also nice lock labels you can stick to the door to highlight where you need to place the magnet for opening. Stickers come in black and white so should cover all door colours. The adhesive backs are super strong and so far I see no need for screws. I fitted them straight away then let our toddler loose. He tugged and banged the cupboard door for some time before having a brief melt down when he realised he was no longer getting into the cupboard to pull everything out. We had cheap awful looking external strap clips before I bought these which lasted about 10 minutes before our son realised if he pulled hard enough they would just pull off. They looked absolutely awful as well where as these new magnetic clips cannot be seen when the doors are closed. I would recommend these all day long and for the price I'd say they are an absolute must have for any parent with curious children.

Easy to install and easy to use, very secure even if you do not screw them in, but do screw them in for maximum security. Be sure to follow installation instructions carefully to make sure what you are closing into your drawers and cupboards does not get in the way.

When finally installed correctly, these look to work well. Too early to comment on the durability of their stickiness at this point though. The issues I had were threefold. 1. The video and included picture shows the catch fitted in the centre of the door. Do not do this, you shut the door onto a cradle that lines the catch and lock, as the door shuts it sticks to the lock - you open the door and you can then fully press the lock onto the door. This is fine if you attach to the upright of the unit, but not the top. If you use the top, as the door opens again and the angle changes, it sticks and the lock falls off. So DO NOT FOLLOW THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS. 2. Again, instructions show the catch/cradle installed inside the lip of the kitchen unit, if you do this, the door doesn’t reach the sticky pad, so align the sticky pad to the edge of the unit and it will work. 3. The catch clips nicely into the cradle to make lining up simple, however once stuck in place, being vertical, the lock section then falls out, as it does not click in, so good luck balancing the lock until you can get the door shut. If only a little more thought had been put into the cradle and install instructions as this would make it a five star product. Good luck future purchasers.

We bought these locks because our child is at *that* stage - installation was easy, and the guide piece was invaluable! The paper guide, only complaint is that the photos were too small, could do to be bigger (as per my partner). The locks adhered quickly - we installed one to get a feel for it, and even though a 24 hour rest/adhesion period is recommended, the lock held well when the child tried 12 hours later. We installed the rest before leaving for a small trip so they had plenty of time! We tried to install one too close to a screw in the door - my partner did not put 2 + 2 together to realise the screw might mess with the lock, and the lock kept falling off. That's MY theory, his theory is that the lock may have been faulty but we did have 2 spare so it wasn't the end of the world. A change of position and a new lock and it worked fine! Appreciated the inclusion of light and dark stickers depending on the finish of your cupboards, and also appreciated the inclusion of a wall mount for the keys! Overall, a good value product that seems to be holding up well so far!
