Hi, looking at their info it says REFILL: When you bottle is empty you can order a prefilled replacement from our website or top up yourself at home. Simply mix white granulated sugar and water using the guidelines on the side of the bottle, then shake for 30 seconds. Please treat this little drink as you would your own, once refilled with your own solution rinse the bottle and replace the liquid daily. Hope that helps.
