Flavored Salt
Great salt with a touch of added flavor. There is Cherry, Hickory and Chef's Blend. This salt is not fine, nor course and granular. It's in between. I've never had salt like this. It definitely adds flavor to meats. I mainly use it for BBQ. If you want to add a touch of flavor with variety when you use salt I recommend this trio package

This salt is SO good! I’ve been putting it on everything, but the reason I purchased it was to make beef “chips.” They turned out great!

Good flavor but not fine grained
We bought this to replace spice island hickory smoke salt which is no longer made. This is not a fine grained salt but the flavors are all good. Just not as good as the spice island.

Kitchen Must Have.
I love my Redmond Real Salt. The Smoked Redmond Real Salt is absolutely amazing. I would love it if they made the 1 pound bags again. I use a lot of it. I love it. I use it when making my own spice blends. The Smoked Redmond Real Salt is a must have in any kitchen.

Great Flavor
I have used Redmond Sea Salt for many years. I was delighted to see that it came in smoked form. I very much like the flavor of this smoked salt. My favorite is the cherry. All add a nice delicate smoky flavor to my meat stews and soups. I tried it as a marinade seasoning on a barbecued tri-tip roast. Will buy it for gifts for the foodie people I know.
