I used it for the first time several months after initial purchase. I should have used it sooner! What a beautiful piece of kitchen hardware!!!! It's well made and heavy. I would make one modification and add a screw/finial to the crank shaft. It secures well to the counter and grinds better than an electric .... probably because I also chop wood, and have good biceps and forearms. I don't have to worry about getting my fingers stuck EVER because its not motorized. I would definitely recommend this product.

Todo perfecto para la molienda. Sin embargo, no me acople bien con el disco menor. La Calidad es muy buena, aunque no sea del todo Inoxidable. Su adherencia perfecta a las superficies.
