Great staple oil painting
Windsor and Newton are a great brand for oil paint, whether you’re a beginner or professional. This is one of the basic paints you want to pick up first, along with Cad Red, Cad Yellow, Cobalt Blue, and Black - all of which Windsor and Newton does great versions of. Great texture, easy application, huge size. It’s lasted me so long, great value for money. Would recommend.

Will last a lifetime, I use it for OSL details in miniatures and its more than enough for a long time. Excellent quality.

While this type of paint is not cheap, the price paid for this was very reasonable compared to most others advertised. I am happy with the quality of the paint. Can't fault it.

Disegno con prodotti Winsor & Newton da anni, e non avevo ancora mai provato i loro colori ad olio: La linea Winton è di qualità medio/alta ma abbordabile con i prezzi, ottima per chi utilizza grandi quantità di colore per tecniche più pastose. Il marchio è sempre una garanzia!

Winsor n Newton have the best paints.

This set provides a variety of colors and is great for beginners or those who don't mix colors to make their own color. The quality seems good, and the dried paint looks good. Also, it covers well. For the sizes provided, the price seemed competitive.

Lots of choices, but Winsor & Newton has a good history, so that's where I jumped in. I'm not disappointed. I'll share a tip I learned from a painter and instructor in New York: Over 80% of your painting will utilize white in its color blendings. So if you spring for the highest quality white you can afford, then using it will raise the quality of all your colors. So a top quality titanium white with this set of paints is for me a boon for my development.
