I used Otex Express Ear Drops when my ear felt blocked, and they worked much quicker than I expected. After just one treatment, my hearing felt clearer and the pressure was gone. The drops were easy to apply and didn’t sting — just a mild warm sensation while they worked. Clear instructions and good value for the price too. Great product to keep on hand for occasional ear wax build-up. Would definitely buy again.

Very effective and cleared wax after one application

Good price and effective. Does what it says on the tin.

How to use- 1. Put 3-5 drops in your ear that’s facing the sky while laying on your side. 2. Brace for fizzing if it bothers you as it will bubble in there’s wax as the oxygen breaks it up. 3. Remain like that for up to 10 miniutes, 2-5 is usually what most do but if you know there’s a lot, up to 10 can be better. 4. Turn over and let the ear drain onto tissue , this is to coat the whole inner ear and remove the excess liquid. 5. Whil draining one ear you could do the other, however if you know both ears are bad, it is advised to treat one ear at a time to prevent temporary hearing loss as it can cause wax the swell and block the ear while clearing it. 6. Repeat twice a day for 3-5 days and go to the doctors if problem persists as excess use can irritate the ear. 7.enjoy hearing I had been dealing with an ear feeling slightly muffled and full for a week and my usual sodium bicarbonate ear drops were doing nothing but giving me slight random pains. I decided to try a stronger option, which were these and I will say it completely blocked my left ear, to the point I couldn’t hear to well from it, and when I tried rinsing and flushing with warm water, it only got water trapped in it, which I had to carefully suction back out, and no wax! However I stuck to using them and the fizzing took some getting used to, but I woke up again one morning and could hear, and my ear finally felt unblocked and like there wasn’t something constantly in it! My hearing was clearer and I now use them every few weeks and they usually get rid of any build up after one quick use. I do get some icky runny wax the next day after that I clean using a q tip around the outside of the tunnel (not inside the ear) to get rid of this and I’m set for a while unless I get a cold! Side effects - I did lose hearing while it fixed the issue but this resolved a couple days later. Sharp random pains up neck towards the ear and behind ear when wax was swollen and breaking down. This lasted a couple miniutes when it happened and I think I had a bad build up which caused it. Water easily got trapped in shower during this time and had to spend a few miniutes each time releasing the water. Muffled hearing Would advise!!

Writing this review with my head to the side so sorry if there's mistake. My ears got full of wax being of lckdoen so I didn't fancy a trip to the docs. So for a few week I banged some olive oil in there Nd nothing. The pain got worse and was driving me to sleepless nights. Just had a motorbike accident nearly 2 years ago and not recovered from those sleepless nights so the ear really annoyed me. So then I bought some twizzel things off here that looked promising but soon as they came I gave it a twizzels... low and behold shoves the wax straight in and am deaf! So for the past week I've not had much sleep. 4am the other day I was in the shower with the head down me lug hole. Trying to flush it out it was so bad... no luck so I thought I'll get these drops and see if they work. Last resort literally... just got home from work and banged 5 drops in as it said on the packet. Next thing me earn goes propper deaf and I was just thinking that's it am deaf for good ! About 5 mins later I ask our gert if she she's any wax down me lug. She days no just wax and oil.... I didn't know how to take it so I assumed she saw wax but not the beast deep inside. So I walked into the kitchen and grabbed some 1 sheet Nd give it wipe. I looked at the sheet N deffo needed 2 sheet. Low and behold there a great big lump of wax on the 1 sheet and I can hear again. Louder then the other ear!!! So I dropped 5 in the other side and wrote this review! Thanks so much for sorting my problem out when nothing else worked. I feel like I owe you so much more money than the 5 pounds or so it cost. I would pay 4 times the ammount for the stuff! I know it sounds daft but if you even haven't got blocked ears id be buying a couppe for when it happens. When guys. Be prepared. Thank you so much !!!! Jack

Good for soft ear wax removal

Used these ear drops before ear wax removal and they worked well. They help soften the wax, making it easier to remove. The drops are easy to use and start working quickly. Overall a useful product to prepare ears before wax removal.

It's a bit of a slow process but this worked, combined with very carefully removing the used fluid with rolled up tissue, better than the olive oil alternative. You really need somebody else to use the bulb bit to very gently swish the solution in.

Omg, I'm going to cry I'm so happy this fixed my ear completely. It sounded like a frying egg in my ear dissolving the wax instantly. This was delivered about 5 minutes ago and I opened the box, then opened the package and then opened the bottle and filled up my aching ear and it's completely taken the wax out instantly. I also ordered an E80 powered irrigation unit to follow up with and after a month of pain and being deaf its finally cured! Buy now do not hesitate!

Worked when nothin else would!

Way better than debrox. Did use an ear scoop tool to pull out. One use on a 4 year old. No complains about the drops.

I read all the reviews of this product prior to purchasing it for my 90 year old sister. It sounded fantastic so I decided to buy it for her. I explained how to use it and when to start but the nurse at the retirement facility told me that it was too thick to do it's job. I live on one side of the city and she is at the other so I am not there every day to check and see how it's being done. I will only say that I highly agree with all the wonderful reviews about this product, except mine. I am sure that it will work wonderfully for everyone except my sister.
