The product quality was good. There was a minor issue with the order and we contacted their Customer Service, directly. After a couple of exchanges, the matter was resolved swiftly to suit both parties.

I bought the goldfish Toilet seat to add some humour to our home. It is a good quality toilet seat and was easy to install which is great. It’s very comfortable to sit on as is of high quality.The only thing I was slight disappointed with was I felt the colours were not vibrant enough. The print was much darker than shown in the picture. (See photos I have attached) The print itself was excellent quality and it is a lovely toilet seat. Just wish the colours were not so dark and more vibrant as shown in the picture. This is why I have given 4 stars.***Just wanted to add to this review. It has come to light that the toilet seat won’t stay up! We have our flusher to the right/front of the toilet and this creates a slight forward tilt. The top part stays up, but not the seat which is a pain for all the men that need to wee. We have tried readjusting this but still not staying up. This is a major downside for us.*****Further Update to this Review:I contacted the supplier about my problem with the toilet seat not staying up. They sent further details about adjusting the hinge for this to work and I am happy to say it is all good now. The adjustment to the hinge was just enough for the toilet seat to stay up! Hoooray, very happy with customer service as I was offered a return if this still did not work.I’ve added photos and a video of this in place for you all to see.

Great and fun looking toilet seat.

Chosen to match my beach hut bathroom scheme, much to my husband's surprise. I love it and he's got used to it, lol! And it's certainly a talking point with our friends. Seriously though, this is a lovely, well made toilet seat. It's easy to fit and has sturdy metal hinges and socket bolts. Both pieces are of a good thickness and there are good size stoppers on both. It will clack loudly if the lid is dropped on the seat though. The undersides are white so it's easy to clean but avoid harsh chemical around the metal fittings as they can lose their shine.

I purposely waited a couple of months before reviewing this to see if it holds up and so far it does. It is sat solid as a rock. It was very easy to fit and of excellent quality. I love it so much I've ordered a second with a different image for my second loo. I am quite large so less sturdy loo seats have always loosened and then slid to one side every time you sit sure some of you know what I mean, but not this one. Great buy and well worth the money.

Very good value

I bought the strawberry toilet seat.It's quite easy too install and is quite sturdy.The delivery was quite quick and I had no problems whatsoever.I would use this company again as I'm happy with how everything was handled.The toilet seat is easy too clean too ,really just like any other.It has a cool 3d look a out it when you close the lid making it look like a strawberry shape slightly , it doesn't look flat when you are walking into bathroom and the lid is closed...you can see the shape off the strawberry .The actually toilet seat you sit on is flat though in case anyone has their worries lol.Brilliant groovy toilet seat for the price.
