I broke two of these parts while showing off my new camper to some friends on a windy day... At first I couldn't find the parts on Amazon Canada until I searched Rhino's part number. I was super glad I found a Canadian supplier, and the shipping ended up being free (I don't have Amazon prime). I bought two sets, so I have a two-pack as spares. They arrived in three business days. Installation was really easy, Rhino has a good installation YouTube video. The end of my poles that these insert into are a little bent but everything still works fine. Shout out to Rhino and One Way Access for charging a reasonable price for these when they could have charged anything they wanted to. I love my batwing awning on my little camper.
