These things are great. I use them in test fixtures on production lines to indicate pass/fail, go/no-go. They're very bright, easy to work with, and good quality. I've been through several packs of these and have only had one that I had to resolder one led on.

All 5 work great!
Tested all 5 and they work great! They're all very consistent with one another; none are brighter or dimmer than the others and they're all very bright at full brightness. They seem to have a very sturdy build which I appreciate. I'll be buying more of these in the future when I need more.

They light up nicely.
I'm using an attiny88 to control these for lamps for my grandkids. They are plenty bright and I can control each pixel easily. You might need a 300-400 ohm resistor on the signal wire, but I opted to not do that due to space. I've ran them for a few hours in testing and programming and at full brightness they only got a little warm. I turned down the brightness a bit in the code to hopefully make them last a bit longer.

Individually addressable, wide color range, bright colors. These are beautiful! Place behind a diffuser (scuffed plastic) for better effect.

Terrible solder pad placement - come on!
The solder pads are randomly placed rather than in a row. Weird.

Extremely popular in Raspberry Pi class
These are small and not floppy, so they are easier to put in a kit of components for a Raspberry Pi class than a strip. The calculations I have seen are that you can drive 12 LEDs at full brightness, so it's unlikely that students will fry the Pi if they are even a little bit careful. They like to make lights chase around the circle. It's a good way to learn about loops and nested loops.

詐欺じゃないけど詐欺くさい、他にも応用が利きそうな手口でした
16個とあるので16個届くのかな？と思ったのですが、実際に届くのは5個です。商品詳細の方には5個と書いてあるので、嘘ではないですね。きっと見出しの16個というのは、LEDが16個ということなのでしょう。この手口は他の色々なものにも応用できそうですね。勉強になりました。
