X-plore® 3300 Half Mask Respirator Set with 2 Reusable A2 P3 filters for Paint Spraying and Agricultural Work

First impressions out of the box were not so good, the mask appeared cheap and gimmicky. However, once put on the mask formed a very tight seal around my mouth/nose which given I do have a short bear was impressive. With the mask fitted it was not possible to breath at all if I blanked the filter holes with my hands - this proving the mask created an air tight seal. With the filters fitted I used the mask whilst spraying some 2 pack clear coat on a motorcycle tank outside. Unlike my previous mask, I was not even able to smell the clear coat. A very effective mask.

Tried x3 other brands Force 8 and 3M. This drager Mask is by far the best of fitment and has the least amount of leakage. Tested using perfume and underarm aerosols. The drager outperformed the other two noticing that there was no scent or smells. There’s lots of adjustment the straps and the quality of the materials do add comfort. The downsides: The filters are a little more expensive compared to the others, The air filters do invade your vision slightly compared to the force 8 however, it’s a small price to pay for fitment and seal-age around your face ultimately providing you with more/better protection

Very happy with my purchase overall. The mask is pretty heavy once the filters are attached so I couldn't wear it for hours at a time. I was however, really pleased that the Small size is a great fit - as a woman I often find DIY products are designed for men and too big, masks especially so I can't get a good seal. This fits snugly and while it leaves a mark on my face where it sticks tightly, I do at least feel confident that a seal has been made and the air I'm breathing will be clean as a result.

Good fit and the filters keeps the dust and toxic smell out while stripping varnish and paint from a piece of old furniture.

It was easy to set up with the instructions. It is comfy and easy to wear, not that I'll ever be wearing it for really long durations. I'm using it mainly for spray painting duties, and so far, I have noticed the difference in using the mask. I wish I'd invested earlier now! I don't find it restrictive when breathing, and it was a simple rince to clean it at the end of use. Using the bag for storage is handy, but you must dismantle it every time. I'm happy. Hopefully it will last a long time

Why this mask doesn't work for me: I can't wear it for work, or travel inside london. Alternative that "worked": Paper (FFP3) mask off ebay. It doesn't seal as well, but can be worn for long periods. And goes around the head, not the ears. Full review: At most I can wear it for 15-45 minutes (I need 3 - 8 hrs) before it starts really hurting the bridge of my nose. I've tried moving the straps to different positions, but it still doesn't help. It feels like it's "too small" for me, but there are no size gradiations. nit picks: - Testing too well (blocking the filters, and inhaling "hard enough"), WILL break the seal at the mouth "out" port. Ie: the one-way "out" gummy gets pulled inwards. - Sways too much/kinda feels flimsy (like it'll break the seal) if I look left and right/shake my head too quickly. positive: easy to use lightweight really easy to breathe. I could even see someone being able to breathe while sleeping (unlike S10 ressie) Possible to check that it seals does seal properly looks easier to maintenance long-term than S10, or paper mask. neutral: better field of view than S10. worse field of view than paper mask

It's a mask, it protects my lungs from dodgy paint fumes, and it makes me look like I know what I'm doing, so yes, this was a good purchase. The only slight niggle is that it sometimes has pressure spots on the nose (my nose isn't big), so I couldn't guarantee long session comfort, but that could be a personal fit issue or maybe I selected the wrong size for my face. I'd strongly recommend you measure your face before buying. However, I'm NOT marking this product down for that as there are various sizes available.

Einsatzbereich: Ich nutze die Dräger-Maske beim Heimwerken, insbesondere wenn viel Staub entsteht, wie beim Fliesenstemmen, Sägen oder Flexen. Auch beim Lakieren oder bei unangenehmen Gerüchen/Schimmelentfernung. Modellvariante: Bei der X-plore 3300 handelt es sich im Vergleich zur X-plore 3500 um die etwas günstigere Variante. Für den Heimgebrauch sollte die absolut 3300 ausreichen. Im Set ist der A2P3-Kombifilter, siehe unten. Größe: Hier angeboten wird die Varianten in der Größe M, die preislich attraktiven Sets gibts es meist nur in M. Ich habe mir später die größere Maske in L dazubestellt, weil mein Kopf relativ groß ist und die verwendete M auf Dauer etwas drückte. Ein Set mir Filter lohnt sich preislich, sodass bei durchschnittlicher bis mittelgroßer Kopfgröße ein Set mit Maskengröße M verwendet werden sollte. Für die Dickschädel (wie mich, wobei es eher auf die Gesichtlänge ankommt) hier die Maske in Größe L, leider ohne Filter Dräger X-plore 3300 Atemschutz Halbmaske Größe L Die Filter können modell- und größenübergreifend verwendet werden. Qualität: Die Verarbeitung ist drägertypisch toll. Hier ist preislich zur Kokurrenz kaum ein Unterschied, obwohl man hier wirklich höchste Qualität bekommt. Handling: Man kann die Maske anziehen, indem man den unteren Gurt um seinen Nacken legt, die Maske auf Mund/Nase legt und dann die Spinne über den Hinterkopf zieht. Man kann sie stundenlang tragen, ohne dass es drückt. Der Atemwiderstand ist wirklich gering, zumindest im Vergleich zu anderen Masken. Marathonlaufen geht natürlich auch mit der Dräger nicht. Die Filter werden mittels Bajonettverschluss aufgesetzt und ragen kaum ins Sichtfeld hinein. Auch mit Bart verwendbar, obwohl hier natürlich die Filterleistung nicht garantiert wird. Ich hatte aber trotzt Vollbart keine Probleme. Fazit: Ganz tolle Maske, die absolut dicht ist. Preisleistung genial, wenn möglich Größe M im Set bestellen! Tipp: Wer geruchsmäßig unangenehme Arbeiten durchzuführen hat, dem wird mit dieser Maske geholfen. Selbst bei der Renovierung der Abwasserleitung (echt übel) habe ich mit der Maske und dem A2P3-Filter NICHTS! gerochen.

The quality of the product and the fit of mask to my face gives me complete confidence it will give me the protection I need. A well designed product, well suited to to the home handyman for both painting and the occasional spraying selective weed killer, and spreading fertilisers.

La maschera Drager con i vari tipi di filtri a carbone attivo è comoda, di ottima qualità e protegge bene dai vapori tossici. È anche facile da indossare. Ricordarsi di conservarla con i filtri in un sacchetto di plastica chiuso ermeticamente per prolungare la durata dei filtri che sono piuttosto cari.

Ce masque est très efficace, bien conçu, port agréable et parfaitement étanche.

La maschera è ben fatta, curata nei particolari e, almeno nel mio caso, calza in modo perfetto. L'ho usata mentre verniciavo con il compressore, parti della carrozzeria della mia auto; devo dire che, se calzata correttamente, non lascia passare neppure il minimo odore delle vernici. Io ho usato vernici a solvente che rilasciano un odore molto intenso durante l'applicazione. Se proprio volessi trovare un difetto, direi l'ingombro. Infatti è un po' ingombrante e a volte mi ha dato un po' di noia con i miei occhiali da vista; però io uso i "clic" e magari con quelli standard si concilia meglio. Comunque sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto; la ricomprerei.
