According to my research prior to buying this product, this product contains: "- Lactobacillus reuteri: This is an innovative probiotic that restores the mouths natural flora and the sensitivity symptoms that can occur. It is tooth friendly, low calorie and low glycemic." I take it 1-2 times a day after meals. It dissolves in your mouth just like any breath mint but unlike conventional products, these contain no aspartame. My breath feels really fresh after taking these lozenges and I no longer feel self-conscious about my breath when talking to people. Highly recommended.

I was firstly thrown off by little speckles in the mint, but I am assuming that it is one of the ingredients, as it wasn't just in one mint, but in multiple. I just didn't notice them at first and was wondering if it was an impurity. I don't believe it is, but just giving somebody a heads-up so you don't temporarily panic like I did, lol. These have a nice taste and do the job, but with most mints, it's not a super long effect. I am not sure why in the review it says 'easy to swallow' as I don't think you are suppose to swallow it whole? I let it melt in my mouth, and sometimes would crunch on it. Overall, decent breath mints, and the price isn't too shabby for how many you get. I like the healing properties in it, but would probably not purchase them again. I wouldn't dissuade people from purchasing this, though, as it's worth a try!

I suffer from recurring mouth ulcers and have searched for a cure for a very long time. These lozenges do help sooth but do not keep them away as I would have hoped. Nonetheless, they are very good as a mouth freshener.

I have had gum problems all of my Adult life. I am now 70. I go to a dental hygienist quarterly for a check up. All I can say is notwithstanding a very strict regime on brushing properly (until I have stars in the eyes on my electronic tooth brush) , use of interdental brushes etc etc.etc whenever I have been diligent in using this product in a regular basis I have had better feedback from my dentist and hygienist. Over the last few years if I have ever lapsed before a check up then the gum issues have definitely not been as good.

These don't do any good at all. Just like a lozenge shaped polo. IMO a complete rip off. Brush teeth, rinse with mouth wash, at night, During the day chew gum, if you think your bresh smells, or spray breath freshener.

These seem expensive, for something that does not seem to be any more effective than ordinary mints. I've started using the fresh breath spray - Ultradex sold by Amazon, which seems far more effective.

I've been getting recurrent issues with my gums and therefore I was getting absess However since taking these for nearly a month I really see the difference already My mouth is fresh ! My gum is healthier and I havent had any of the issue above (fingers cross) Obviously you have to follow a good oral routine - brush/mouthwash/floss and then suck on this I highly recommend !!!
