Monin syrups always go down well with me, this one was no different. The flavour is great, at a decent price, Made my new favourite cocktail with it, seems like a balanced syrup with a punchy taste. I'd say green apple isn't a widely used syrup but it worked with my lemongrass rum and I will for sure be experimenting with other options. I love the bright green colour too. I can always rely on Monin to provide good quality sugar syrups and I reckon they last a while too.

Really good syrup, tastes the best out of the ones I’ve tried. The only thing that makes this 4/5 stars is the last 2 bottles I have bought haven’t been incredibly hard to open. The metal cap is so flimsy that it doesn’t catch on the screw threads and just spins. Had to use pliers both times to get the cap off and now it doesn’t close properly, or air tight which is frustrating. I think even if I didn’t use pliers it also wouldn’t close airtight as the cap will just spin on the thread anyway. Regardless of the cap, I will still continue to buy from this brand because it is great value for money for the amount you get! Packaged really well as well, no chance of it smashing en route!

So delicious and refreshing! I’ve been buying this syrup every summer to mix with sparkling water and ice and it’s the most delicious drink! If you like green apples this is a must.
