Emdiq Adjustable Compress Wrap and Steroplast Hot Cold Gel - 2 Sets

the pouch the gel packs go into are much larger than the pouches themselves causing you too either use two in one pouch or have one of them slip around inside the pouch. however they do work. the hot stays warm for about 10-15minutes. the cold stay cold for longer like 20minutes. also the gel packs don't have much gel inside them. could do with having about double the gel.

The size of these make them ideal for most uses, and great that they one with a case/pouch for ease of use. The mesh side maybe could do with being thicker to protect the skin more from direct contact to the cold, but overall these are a great product for a good price. Easily mouldsble even when frozen. Stays cold for longer than the 20 mins needed!

The product looked fit for purpose but after a single use, where it did work, the small seal where the gel had been pumped in - it looks like it has a glue seal on it, started to fail and gel began to leak out. I checked the 2nd pack and you can clearly see the glue seal. Again after a single use (60 secs in a microwave to heat) the seal started to fail. I contacted Amazon who refunded my purchase and I have now bought a different brand.

Brilliant, got these for my son who struggles with knee swelling , really handy for using after sports or just day to day, great for using hot or cold.
