This ointment really helps with my very dry/scabbed nose. Instructions are in a foreign language but I found them in English after a quick online search. Easy to apply - I put a little onto a clean finger then apply into my nostrils. The smell is quite strong but not unpleasant. Happy with the ointment and would buy again in future

I've probably tried everything you can think of for a very dry nose with scabs and crusting. Gels, sprays you name it. This product is probably hands down the best I've tried. The tube is huge so it will last ages. It has a long nozzle that you can insert into your nose if you wish (instructions tell you this). But I prefer to put some on my pinky finger and put it in that way. It smells.... mediciney. Not unpleasant really, but there's a slight smell. It has a greasy consistency similar to vasaline. It feels great and let me tell you that after using this for a week all my scabs and crusting is gone. I would use it in the morning and at night. It stays in there for ages. Great product. I had instructions in English added in the box. If you don't, it's just apply when required. Very easy!

Ever since I had radiotherapy treatment to my head and neck I’ve suffered with dry nasal passages. It can be very annoying and on occasion sore. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try. Mine did have instructions Inside in English although the box was obviously foreign. It says it’s made in Germany but who knows. Some might find it a bit unnerving to use something new and not produced in the uk but based on reviews I decided to try it. It has a funny smell that I find difficult to describe but it is very easy to apply and it does moisturise the nasal passages. You don’t need much and it works for many hours. So that all sounds positive so why won’t I be ordering another. Well after using it a couple of times I started to get really bad sinus headaches. It took me a few days to realise that it was always within ten minutes of applying the gel. So I stopped and the rest of the tube went in the bin. So for me this wasn’t any good.

Great product , comparative to bactroban nasal

This product is dangerous and damaged the lining of my nose severely. I’m on my second lot of antibiotics to fight the infection it left me with. The instructions are in a foreign language and I suspect it is not government passed to be sold in the UK.

I read the reviews thinking no way as i work in hospital setting and it’s all hype However I suffer severe sinus issues often my nose is so sore inside I want to cut it off So I thought nothing to loose, bought a tube pushed a lot up my nose My god it worked 2/3 days in worked, no sore nose and all scabs are out And I can blow my nose without a huge clot getting stuck and been in pain I’m pain free, and for once I can sleep, off course I don’t have an infection so it worked on lubricant the area I’m going to buy a stack off it Hard to push out tube but I don’t care it worked for me, you need to be sensible and use a reasonable amount for it to work, and push the tube high in the nose
