will this help clear sticking egr valve on a corsa 1.2

I just put it in my Volvo V40 2015. I have check engine light. Low air flow from egr. After more than 5 miles drive the check engine light is gone.

Can i use it for Mercedes e class 2012 diesel?

I didn't use it on that car but my mechanic believes it is suitable for any diesel engine car
