Ineffective
Unfortunately these just do not work. I agree with the other reviews too, they taste horrible and don't dissolve very quickly, meaning you have to spend longer with a nasty taste in your mouth. The throat spray might be different, but these had 0 effect.

Yes, they seem to be pretty good at opening the airways with a slight eucalyptus taste, not at all unpleasant.

Gave me sore throat
Not good, gave me a sore throat that spread up jaw and to bottom half of both ears. I thought I had an ear infection after taking one before bed for thee days. Stopped taking them and symptoms went after 2 days. Really need to look at what’s in these!

Absolutely a complete waste of money and time!! Did not work at all!! Took forever to dissolve, husband said it taste like garbage and it actually made him snore louder (didn't think that was possible!)

Works for me personally.
For me personally they work. But they do wear off in terms of when you start snoring again. Estimate to work about 6 hours. Been using for months and have proved useful.
