How good is the noise cancelling feature? Can I listen full volume without anyone else complaining?

It's not that great. I can hear other people even when they are talking at normal sound levels. I do listen at relatively quiet levels but my free ones with my phone did better.

what is the cable length?

It's approx 120 cm or just around 4'foot hope this helps if it needs to be longer then buy an extention male to female I did for another set I had works perfectly

How good is the noise isolation?

Very good. When I use these earphones, they completely drown out all background noise including the TV when it's loud. When my 3-year old son starts talking to me, I have to pause my music otherwise I literally can't hear him at all. Bearing in mind that I'm not even listening to the music at full volume but at half volume.
