The Galayou camera has been amazing! Setup was quick and easy, and the picture quality is very clear, both during the day and at night. The app is simple to use, and I love being able to check in from anywhere. Motion detection works great and gives me peace of mind. Overall, a reliable and affordable camera that I highly recommend.

I never write reviews, but Can I just say I was so skeptical about buying these due to the low price and how small the camera was. We had a home security system we were ultimately paying about $90.00 a month for plus had to buy the cameras ect. totaling around $350.00 for all. I bought a pack of 4 of these for lower than $70.00 than bought another for lower than $20.00, it was the easiest set up ever and installing the app (Wansview cloud) was super easy as well. The picture is so super clear the sound is amazing and bonus I can talk to who ever is in my home wile I am away and they can clearly hear me as well. The camera is very small but captures the whole room I have put them each in. I can use my IPhone to see everything wile I am away. And bonus you do not need a subscription to do this. You can easily insert the SD card in to the camera if you chose to get them to record, but if you do not want to record there is no need for the SD card. I have installed 5 into 2 of my 3 kids rooms for baby monitoring 1 in the play room 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the Livingroom, all working beautifully. I will defiantly be buying 5 more of the outdoor Galayou home security cameras for outside of the home as well now that I no they work so well. The night vision has clear as day vision. I can not say enough this is a perfect security system/baby monitor and bonus what an excellent price!! These are simply amazing for the price and to ensure a feeling of safety. The only trouble I am having is I should be able to connect them to my Echo Show so I can use that as a screen to monitor as well but I can not seem to get them to connect to it, but I can always see the rooms on my phone through the app so not a huge deal to me. I do recommend these to anyone who 1) wants a baby monitor and you don't want to spend $200.00 or 2) just wants home security that you are not paying an arm and a leg for or pay for a monthly subscription. The cameras show the whole room, you can hear everyone in the room and talk to them as well, but bonus they are small enough to hide like nanny cams. Perfect devise. I will update when I order the outdoor security cameras and let you all no if they work just as well.

This is a GEM of a product at a VERY good price! It works well & there are no monthly fees UNLESS you decide to have recordings you can look back on if you are having anyone come into your home while you are not present. It has very good picture quality on my phone & I can watch my disabled mom from anywhere. IF I need to run to wal-mart or any errands, I just open the app & check on her! What a convenience & lifesaver of my mental health! lol I don't have to stress every 10 min & rush out of places wondering if she's ok! The customer service responds within 24 hours but it's always been a very quick reply! They are very helpful & courteous! I would def buy from them again if I'm in need. I've had this product for a year now & I think I paid $15. It's still working like a charm! You won't regret buying from them! Best wishes, & God bless...

Nice camera overall. Setting up the camera and all the information on the app was super simple and easy to understand. I don't really have any need to save recordings so I didn't get any cloud storage or an SD card. However I like knowing that the option is there if I do need it. Very versatile working with Alexa and Google Home. And it can be mounted or it has a stand which is what I use. The size is perfect, nice and small. I'm super impressed at how far out the camera picks up movement. Sound and Picture are clear. I have noticed a delay though. If someone goes past the camera it takes about 30 seconds for it to pick them up and send me an alert. So if someone goes by it too fast it doesn't catch them. Other than that it completely suits my needs and the price was great!

When I first reviewed this camera, I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. There are issues with it staying connected to the Internet, the video quality is second tier, and the sound quality is atrocious. However, the camera actually does a lot of great things making that review appear too negative versus what you get and only for $15. Zooming in on an image only makes it blurry, but the overall image quality is fairly decent. You can make out faces, but it has trouble with something as small as a beer can. The audio is good as long as there are no background sounds because it picks up everything and whatever is loudest is what you will hear. It is motion activated, so if anything blocks the camera (in my case, as shown in the picture, a kitchen cabinet door) the camera will not work. It also takes a few seconds for the motion activation to kick in by which time you might miss what actually walked by. I did not use the two-way voice very often, but people seemed to be able to hear and understand what was said. As others pointed out, this camera has to be plugged into a wall outlet which makes it vulnerable to people simply unplugging it or something knocking it out of the wall socket. The camera rests on a pivot ball which works beautifully for angling the camera to where you want it to point. You can pay for a subscription to keep your recordings on the cloud longer than just a day. I opted for a week which worked well as long as I retrieved the videos I needed before they were deleted. I did not see any way to download the videos so I simply had to do a screen capture to record the video myself. When I no longer needed to use the camera, I sent an email to Support asking them to cancel my subscription and it was done in less than a day and they even refunded me for the days I did not use. In today's world, you don't get a lot of great customer service so that was a really nice surprise.
