Good taste but take care if taking an ACE inhibitor
Bought this product to help lower blood pressure only to discover that if you are taking an ACE inhibitor already, as I am, it can lower your BP too much. This may lead to possible issues unless very carefully monitored. That said, they taste good, particularly with honey.
