How to take out the pot to clean? can the pot take out?

Inner pot does not come out but it is not difficult to clean - I use hot soapy water to soak for a while, wipe round and rinse - just don't immerse in water.

Is the inside bowl plastic

as far as I can tell it looks and feels like metal, can't imagine it being plastic that would probably melt with the heat.

Does the inside of the 1.5 ltr have a half moon deeper indentation in the circle base? I've just received mine and I want to make sure this isn' dama

it's for all the "shit" to settle - use a paper towel to grab/scoop it out every once in a while, and your oil will last longer.
