Can you connect to the wifi/app without the Hub?

No, the hub connects to wifi. You then use the app to connect the thermostat to hub.

Will the starter dual zone kit work with existing radiator thermostats or will I have to buy the Drayton ones, so I’d have to purchase both items?

You need to replace the radiator thermostats with Drayton Wiser ones.

Would drayton switch off all zones (trvs) automatically if i only need to heat water in hot water cylinder?

Yes. The hot water channel is independent of heating. If no Wiser TRVs or Wiser room stats are calling for heat, the boiler will still heat the water if the hot water schedule is on and the cylinder stat is below temperature. There should also be a diverter valve in your system that ensures water only flows to the hot water cylinder but not the radiators if this is the case.

Hi, can i use this with any radiator ? is it compatible with netatmo thermostat ? thanks in advance

You can use it on any radiator that’s alredu got a thermostaticly controlled valve (you unscrew that one and screw this on instead). As regards Netatmo - whilst I can’t say for certain, I think that’s HIGHLY unlikely - many other thermostats only replace the ‘room stat’ and therefore control all radiators or none (adding app control but not individual room control)
