Whats the minimum pressure I can set this to?

I don’t know. But I found mine was leaking just a few weeks after fitting it. Fortunately it’s only on the end of a pipe in the garage after a tap, so only drips while that tap is on. I should have tried to return it really.

What diameter thread are the inlet and outlet?

Hi, It takes 15mm DIA round Copper Pipe ...I expect the Threads are 15mm BSP thread ...

Can this be used with air ?

My guess would be no ,I believe it is specific to water

If by the O Ring you mean the Olive then the answer is 15 mm
