This is one of my most prized pieces of baby equipment and it remains and essential for a very tall, heavy, but still tipsy toddler. I first found this to be irreplaceable with a 10-11 mos old baby would not go to sleep ANY other way than being carried and had severe separation anxiety. Even smaller babies can weigh on the arms and back and make it hard to do anything else when they want to be carried all the time. The seat of this supports the baby's weight and transfers most of it to your hips instead of your shoulders, like other baby carriers do. They can feel light as a feather at first, and even after hours, the weight is manageable. And this became an absolute arm and back saver for much bigger baby who became a very long and heavy toddler who loves to run but still tips over every few steps. Carrying him even short distances was straining my back and seemed to give me two sprained wrists when trying to do hip carries. But you can zip off the shoulder assembly and just pop them onto the hip seat, easy peasy. I still zip on the back supporting shoulder straps when I need to carry him and do things with both arms. He loves it too, since he can see everything that's going on. The carrier wipes off pretty well and is sturdy enough to still look fairly new with heavy use. The whole thing feels very secure and with the adjustable straps and ability to remove them, in my experience it fits babies very well from at least 16 to 28+lbs (and counting.) I'm sure smaller babies fit as well, but the whole arrangement is a little unwieldy to pack and carry around if you don't have the baby in it. A simple foldable sling might work better for the smaller babies.

Actually one of the most comfortable baby carriers I've owned. I was previously gifted a baby bjorn carrier, which was very uncomfortable, especially for an older baby, as the baby hangs down your middle, shifting your weight forward. When my older, 5-6m old baby would be in it, i waddled around like i was 20 months pregnant lol. Not a good feeling, not comfy to work in and definitely not sustainable. Especially since I already have back issues. This carrier is super comfy, the weight being evenly distributed with good support back and shoulder straps, i feel my baby is very safe when in it. I like that a lot of baby's weight is on the butt piece, so baby is more sitting than hanging. I still can't carry my baby for long periods of time bc my back starts to hurt but it's definitely much longer than 5 mins like with the baby bjorn, maybe around 30+ mins, which is a huge win for me. Especially since my baby is one of those that starts crying hysterically the second I put her down. Not fun. I wil say that sitting with it is not comfy at all tbh, the seat is pretty bulky and you definitely can't slouch while wearing it bc it digs into your pelvis. Otherwise, it's a really comfy carrier and I will definitely be recommending it to other moms I know.

This thing is awesome. Its saved my life a couple times. Makes walking around with ur baby and holding other things pretty easy. I dont like to use the attachment as I feel like the seat with the attachment makes it feel awkward. But other wise a great purchase. And it has a little pocket so u can put ur phone wallet and keys in it.

I love every aspect of the features of this baby carrier. First and foremost I love the mesh portions, I live in california and have been looking for a good priced cooling baby carrier. This ticks that box even though it *looks* bulky. All of the fabric seems light and breathable. My baby loves the bib cloths and is really enjoying them. I also love the hip carrier, the giant velcro belt, along with the big buckle. I love the way the hip carrier detached from the top half. I wish when you detached the hip carrier from the top half, there would be an optional mesh bottom so you could have a choice between the seat and the mesh carrier. I love the extra cushioned shoulder straps. I love the buckle at the top of the back and that it has its own small piece of padding to protect your back from the buckle. I love the small side pocket, I wish it was bigger and that there was another pocket on the other side big enough for a bottle or a water bottle. Overall this is the beat baby carrier for the price. It evenly distributes all the baby's weight on your hips and makes baby wearing so comfortable for the parent and the child. Incredibly worth every dollar.

Update: my favorite carrier for all occasions : every day, airport, even in the ocean! I’ve tried ergo, infantino, Tula, and another hip carrier, but end up using this one 99%of the time. You can use the hip carrier as a resting “shelf” for nursing your baby starting 0-3 months old. My bay, after 3 months only wanted to face out and felt restrained by other carriers. Facing out, perched on a hip carrier, supported by my hand(s) worked for her. I found myself alternating between two bulky carriers all day (a hip carrier and a baby tula explorer) and bringing both everywhere I go. I bought this one to avoid packing both carriers for travel, and I’m so happy with it ever since. It arrived quickly. It’s very cute. My baby loves it, and it’s so convenient. The top part is so easy to flip on and off, and it’s also easy to remove for washing—sometimes I wash just the top, sometimes just the seat. And I’ve gone in the ocean with it, and it air-dries super quickly (I take out the insert for laundry and drying). I love the mesh, because we live in Hawaii and my baby gets hot and sweaty in all other carriers but not this one. Love the drool protectors. And the hip position is ergonomic (baby is supported in seated position, not “hanging by the crotch”). After 4 months of daily use, the zipper on the pocket broke. I still think it’s worth every penny.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fabric and overall feel of the carrier. Its nice and great value for the price point. My baby is on the smaller side so at 5 months, I cant quite use the back carry position without her sliding around but it will be perfect when she's a bit bigger. She is very comfy facing both in and out in the front position and I felt mostly comfortable wearing her except a little sweaty around the band area when I took it off.

Como mochila bien. Tengo un peque tirando a grandote y se nota que reparte bien el peso para no cargar la espalda. Él parece ir comodo, y el asiento al ser un poco rígido le ayuda a mantener la postura. El asiento esta muy bien, es rigido pero comodo, relleno de porexpan o algo asi por lo que es super ligero. Ahora mi niño tiene 13 meses, y aunque yo al principio (con 4 o 5 meses) lo llevaba en plan mochila, hacia delante o hacia atras, ahora casi siempre lo llevamos solo con el asiento. Incluso alguna vez me puse la mochila con el niño yo sola, no es imposible si le coges el truco, aunque siempre mejor con ayuda. Su punto fuerte es lo de que se pueda separar. Para mi marca la diferencia con cualquier otra mochila. Mi marido lo lleva de frente y agarra al niño con una mano dejando la otra libre. Yo prefiero ponerlo a un lado de la cadera (de frente se me inclina el asiento hacia abajo, supongo que por la forma de mi propio cuerpo) y con el niño mirando hacia mi. Es super versátil, no salimos de casa sin el, ocupa un poco pero nos da la vida. Se nota la descarga de peso en la espalda cuando tienes que llevar al peque mucho rato. A ver, dependiendo de la posición tiene sus pros y sus contras, sobretodo si tu peque es grande (percentil 97 🤣) pero ayuda mucho. Todo se puede lavar. Trae unas gasitas que se unen con corchetes por si el bebe babea, para que lo puedas quitar fácilmente para lavar. Tiene un pequeño bolsillo en el lateral para las llaves o el movil, muy útil. Los cierres se ven seguros, a la cintura con un velcro gigante y luego un cierre de clic con tiras ajustables, y a la espalda con un cierre de clic. Se ven bastante robustos, casi un año de uso diario y sigue perfecto. Se puede ajustar mucho, yo mido 160 y soy pequeñita, mi marido mide 190 y es mas ancho, y lo usamos los dos sin problemas, se ajusta rapido. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
