This product provides the extra height, molded comfort, and stability to those who have difficulty standing and sitting. It is easily transportable for the car or any area where chairs are hard and uncomfortable. The only problem my mom has is that she has difficulty sitting and tends to drop onto the couch. This makes the cushion a hard-to-hit-accurately landing pad. I am inquiring about this from the sellers, since I thought I saw a wider version also. For what this is, it is excellent.

Equal in quality with the Chai’s Choice and the Love Home, this one was wide enough and came in black (what I wanted). It also had just a tad of contour cut into it and a much larger hole size in the back / which I appreciated. It’s not small like Love Home and not mushy/compresses easily like the Aylio. It’s my personal favorite. I hope these reviews helped all y’all decide. If you want small and high and firm, go with the Love Home. If you want thinner and very wide and mushier go with Aylio. If you want medium high, firm/black and slightly larger hole in back go with the Simple Posture. Chai’s Choice is equal to the Useat by Simple Posture in nearly every way. You’re Welcome.

I bought this for my elderly mother who is confined at home because of health issues and that lives hundreds of miles from me. She recently acquired a bruised tailbone. She could not sit upright for very long without pain setting in. She claims the pad is "oh so comfortable!" and that it has really made a huge difference in being able to sit longer and in less pain. I want to send out a heartfelt thank you to the Love Home company for making a product that makes my Mom's life more enjoyable. It also helps me feel good that she can sit at the kitchen table and enjoy a cup of coffee with my Dad in the morning like they did before her illness.

This is a nice quality memory foam seat cushion but it is very firm. VERY. I purchased it for use in my car which has uncomfortable seats for long trips. However, because it is so firm, I sit too high now to use it there. Literally I sit as high as the cushion looks - practically no squish to the foam like I expected with memory foam. And in cold weather is is hard as a rock. I am not a heavy person and of med/short height and the contour shape seems okay but unless you are looking for an extremely firm seat and to sit high, this may not be what you want. To be fair, I have no orthopedic coccyx reasons for this cushion so I cannot vouch for how it works in that regard. I should have returned it but decided to keep it for use by children or others who visit who may need a chair booster seat.

I bought this for my son after his surgery to have a pilonidal cyst removed. It was very effective in relieving pressure on that area and is, in fact, so comfortable, that he continues to use it when sitting for long periods of time, even though he is long since healed. We've also taken it with us in the car during road trips and have argued over who gets to use it. Great product. It is quite thick so it does raise you up quite a bit.

Terrible purchase - recommend that you DO NOT BUY THIS ! I should have paid more attention to all the other negative reviews. In the picture, the cushion appears larger than it really is, because the chair is actually smaller than the average adult-size chair. This cushion is too small & very uncomfortable, made of non-yielding foam. I'm an average-sized woman, and when I tried this cushion, I found that it only covers part of the seat of the chair - which means YOU overlap the cushion on all sides, and the unyielding material digs in & is very uncomfortable. I tried to pass this cushion on to my 80-year-old father who uses a wheel chair - he only weights 130 pounds, and it was uncomfortable for him, and even he wouldn't use it ! Since I still needed a comfortable adult-size memory-foam cushion with coccyx cut-out, I paid a few dollars more at BROOKSTONE for exactly what I wanted.

I bought this cushion for my chair @ work. Injured my back in January 2015 & reinjured in April. Sitting 8 hours five days a week was very uncomfortable and I went straight to the heating & icing as soon as I got home! Since I started using this cushion, I have noticed great improvement, not only in the way I am sitting but my back is not aching at all @ the end of the day. Great product...thinking of getting another for my computer chair at home.

I have severe bursitis in one hip, and sitting for any length of time is painful. I'd been using a flat cushion on my computer chair, gel on one side, foam on the other. My physical therapist suggested I'd do better with one that's more shaped. She looked up online the 10 best seat cushions, and chose this one as probably being the best for me. It's quite comfortable. I've had it about a month now, and it's beginning to get a bit squished. That's what lost it a star. It's still very comfortable, but I don't know how long it will last. I bought two, the other one for the chair at the table I eat at. That's less successful, but it's not the cushion's fault. It's perfectly comfortable once I'm sitting. But there's not enough room under the table's edge for getting in and out. That one's going to wear out first.
