Great looking switch, although nothing would indicate that this is waterproof. Water resistant, maybe, but we'll see. If you're looking to install this, first, the diagram provided by the manufacturer is exactly right. I tested all 4 wiring configurations and they worked perfectly. My advice is to ignore the wiring guidance provided by other reviews as at least one of them will result in sparks. I'm not sure why manufacturers can't just provide a simpler diagram, but here is my diagram that is hopefully a bit easier to follow. This is how you wire this switch to a light with red and black leads (using their configuration #1):In this configuration, pressing the button turns on the light and the light is only illuminated when in the "on" position.First, cap the brown wire - not neededWhite wire from the switch goes to the positive battery terminal.Tie black wires from switch and light together and run to the negative battery terminal.Red and white wires from the switch go to the positive lead on your light (device).That's it. Pretty simple. I'm a fan. Definitely a sleek looking switch that's much more refined looking than a toggle switch.

Easy to install, very well made, looks great. The internal LED is nice and bright. The included wiring harness makes connecting it much easier. Having several options for when the LED lights up, as well as both a NO and NC contact, this would work great for a variety of applications.

Wiring is exactly according to diagram in pictures. I took a screenshot of the diagram and wired accordingly. Diagram does not come with switch. It is in the pictures in description. Switch has aluminum body and is very well made. Illumination is nice and bright. This is a small low amperage switch so the lead wires are expectedly small. If you're running a high amp load requiring 14AWG or some such larger wiring, you should use the switch to power a relay.

The switch seems to be of decent quality and most appropriate for use in a dry setting. I would not use it outdoors. Switch was easy to install once I figured out the schematics that were included in the package. A number of people have given different advice in their reviews on how to wire the switch, but I found it to only work when I followed the instructions (rather than using the "tips" from some of the other reviews which didn't work for me). I don't yet know how long this switch will last but it's working for now and I'm happy with it. I even bought a second one.

Very nice switched. Comes with plug connector and wire tails. Seen other reviews saying switch it too bright, not true ! Illumination is perfect. Other complaints I read were didn't come with instructions. I'm not and electrical person, and the pictures in the description of this switch is all you need. Seriously only 4 wires to connect, super easy. Says you need a 19mm hole to flush mount, you can use 3/4. Used this switch for led lights we put on the fishing boat. Works fantastic and easy to install.

This on/off switch does exactly what you would expect it to do. I wired this button into my light bar setup on my truck and it resulted in a clean, almost factory look. Excellent quality and a great push button option that doesn’t look or feel cheaply made. Would definitely buy again.

This push button power switch was purchased to use to use in a light duty fire assist truck to turn on the lights in the rear to find equipment at night when needed. Installation is much easier than before with other switches of this type from the included plug/harness and with the body size being a common size drilling the holes for them is much easier and quicker. In use the light provides easy identification and use from the l.e.d. illumination making it a few seconds to find and use it which makes all the difference in the situations this truck is in. I'm purchasing dozens more to use on the rest of the units we deal with it's been a worthy addition to our endeavors.

I have been updating and refurbishing my 2012 Yamaha SX190. I had installed a USB with a Voltmeter. Unfortunately, if I put it in series with an existing switch, the power draw was too high, and caused whatever was hooked up to not work. As such, I had to bypass the switches and ended up with an always on USB adapter. To resolve it, I installed this nice shiny button. I can confirm, that if it is wired correctly, when pushed it turns on, and then pushed again it turns off. Very revolutionary for a button! Also yes, I know my fiberglass splintered when I was drilling the hole.
