I went on a website to ask for advice after buying an expensive beautiful suede bag which I knew I could never afford to get again. Several people recommended to use this to protect it and I've found that it really does work. Once sprayed according to instructions water just rolls off. I occasionally reapply and the bag has stayed like new. It does not leave a residue either. I don't know how it would work on shoes in mud or anything but it has certainly kept my lovely bag in great condition.

Brilliant protection for leather shoes and bags. A must have I think. I always spray new shoes and handbags then a few months later they will get another spray. Great protection against the weather and anything that may be spilt on them. Wonderful on Suede, I spilt a whole cup of tea on a suede skirt, after this protection had been applied it just ran straight off!

I bought this after recently purchasing a Mulberry bag which I am using as an everyday handbag, so thought some kind of weather protection would be required. The guys at Mulberry recommended this product for my particular bag - it says it is suitable for pretty much all types of leather but thought I'd best be on the safe side. Anyway, the product is incredibly easy to use - just spray it on and leave it for a few minutes and repeat. It dried quickly, and for the first day or so I felt that you could detect a slight residue on the leather but that quickly disappeared and the bag (2mths later) is looking as good as new. It's not had to brave any seriously bad weather yet, but has been out in the rain a few times and I can't detect any damage to the bag at all. I have also used it on a much lighter green coloured leather handbag, and again was a little wary incase any discolouration occurred from the product, but it was fine. The only downside is that the product does smell a bit when you initially spray it, so best done outside or with the windows/doors open, but that doesn't last and doesn't mask the original leather smell once dried. Will certainly use again in the future.

After getting my second pair of uggs ruined in the rain I ordered some off this amazing stuff! I sprayed one coat of it on to my completely ruined uggs an held under the tap (they were going in the bin anyway) the water just ran off!!!! I'm thrilled its the best thing I've bought! Have sprayed my coats, bags , an am about to order a second can! Can't testify how long a coat of it will last but think I will just spray boots when it looks like a rainy day!

I use this to protect all my handbags and my shoes! Really easy to apply.

Bought for my Mulberry Softie bags as recommended by Mulberry. Not sure if it works yet as I’ve only worn one bag so far and it wasn’t raining. Will update in the future. Didn’t change the feel or texture of these squishy leather bags or leave water spots when spraying so that was very good.

Bon produit pour proteger mes chaussures, sacs et vestes en cuir de la pluie. Les rend imperméable lors d'une exposition à l'eau "normale". Je l'utilise régulièrement. Mais attention, il ne faudra pas non plus s'y attendre à une imperméabilité totale. En cas de très fortes précipitations, par exemple, avec de l'eau stagnate sur la chaussée, vous allez quand même vous mouiller les pieds.

This definitely keeps my leather boots, bags, etc, in good condition. Definitely provides better water resistance. If you spend more money on quality goods then it pays to have this product on hand to look after them so you have them for years to come. A must buy.
