This Rat trap or squirrel trap is perfect for small mammals. The live catch design is user friendly and unlike a poison traps the rat or squirrel to be disposed of humanely. Plus the vermin doesn't die somewhere it cannot be reached like poisons do. Leading to problems with smells and rotting. The perfected vermin trap mechanism can be set extremely lightly and only requires slight movement to trigger. Two springs shut the door in less that 0.1 seconds with 0 chance of escape. Setting the live catch rap trap is very easy and quick and once an animal is caught, dispatching through the bars is easy wth no need to touch the animal. Good small trap I night latched the trigger and it will now catch mice and small mammals great service from supplier

Humane rat trap
A well made humane trap. It took several weeks (not the trap's fault I am sure) for us to catch a "Houdini" rat in the trap. We were able to transport and release the rat elsewhere without harming the rat or ourselves. I reckon this is about as good a humane trap as you will get for this economical price.

Almost perfect
High quality humane trap, helped me catch my pet chipmunk quickly and safely. I took a star off as in my opinion it could do with a handle as to pick it up you risk being bitten by whatever you caught.
