Taste is great even with just water i was surprised once I tested it without the milk. Now I can make a few in advance put them in the fridge using the same water bottle after mixing put back in the water bottle then fridge. 500 ml water 2 big scoops mix well with a mixing bottle they suggested

Great quick and easy product for people on tight schedules

Been using this product for 2 weeks now and have seen some considerable gains regarding strenth and muscle recovery after heavy gym sessions. I have only tried mixing it with water so far as i don't feel the need to mix with milk as its thick enough. Have to shake for 30 seconds or more and leave it for a minute or two before drinking to avoid it tasting powdery. Nice taste and would definitely recommend. Only negative it the tub is way too big for the contents. Only jalf the tub is full. What a waste.
