Lovely Body Shop FIRM bristled cactus back brush needs replacing, could I use this in the shower ?

brilliant. this brush is brilliant especially for exfoliating dry skin. works brilliantly either wet/dry but... found it worked well for me wet.

What's the diameter of the hanging hole please?

The hole itself is quite small (7.5mm on mine), but has a nylon fabric loop threaded through it for hanging on a hook or similar. Hope this helps.
