Q: Is there nuts and bolts for the leaf springs?

There are no bolts or nuts for the springs, you have to use the old ones or but new ones as I did. the old ones work, but if your going to change the springs, you might as well get new ones

Q: 2: the two smaller U bolt ends are too far apart to fit in front bracket (the larger ones fit fine) are they the wrong size or do I bend them?

For my 89 Jeep yj the ubolts fit after I fitted them loose to the axles front and rear and didn’t have to bend

Q: Will I need to buy a transfer case drop kit as well?

No, you don’t have to buy one 2 1/2 inches is about the max after that you got to start modifying or adding other stuff to adjust for the height.

Q: Do you need to drop your transfer case with a 2.5" lift or only for 3" & higher?

you don't need to drop the trany. But it will change the angle of the driveshaft, my cause vibrations.
