YINMIK 15 Pack PH Calibration Powder, PH Tester Calibration Kit

Purchased these for calibrating my ph meter and they worked just like they say. You mix each of the powders in their own container of water then you dip your ph meter in the solution and your meter will be calibrated to the value of the powder. Once you do it 3 times once in each of the solutions your ph meter should be calibrated and ready for use. You get 3 different powders and 5 packets of each one so you have more for later down the road when your meter needs calibrated again you will be set and ready to go making this a great value for the money. Seems to be pretty accurate I have tested with multiple meters and they are are very similar. Each packet is sealed separately so it's easy to store until your next use. The calibration packs are essentially the only way to insure an accurate water test meter stays accurate. I recalibrate once a month no matter what.

Always a good idea to calibrate a pH meter.

I don’t know why these don’t work for me but my tester is adjusted and readings always come out high. So it may be my tester that stinks. I have switched to chemical testing that is +\-200. Salt Test strips aren’t terribly reliable, chemical is supposed to be solid. My electronic tester always shows a high reading and my salt levels on the generator also read high. I adjust to -600 to -1000. All-in this may work but my tester shows high readings even after calibration. Hard to know what to rely on. Using ‘professional’ pool test from a store as the baseline. Frustrating

Bought this for a pH/EC/TDS pen tester. The opening of the bottle is large enough to dip the pen directly into the solution.
